Lovely staff ,good equipment and everything is always kept clean and tidy 😊

The staff are friendly and helpful. A nice mixture of age groups. I enjoy the Pilates class as well as using the gym.

We travel with work so am usually only in each place for a month at a time. This means that we use many gyms - and energie was one of the best. Really friendly staff ( welcomed us when we arrived and said goodbye when we left on every visit! ) Good equipment all working. A swimming pool and sauna to use and all at a great price. We will definitely join again when we are next in East Grinstead

A special mention to staff member 'Iris' She was so welcoming when we joined and went out of her way to show us around and to help us join. We had visited all the gyms in the area tbefore deciding which one was best for us - Iris's great friendly, professional service was the reason we chose energiein the end!

Love this place! First time I have stuck to a proper plan. Made to feel so welcome and staff are lovely and really helpful.

As a typical January gym starter I looked round all the gyms in town. After visiting, meeting staff and seeing lots of good reviews on Facebook etc I took the plunge and joined. I can’t be happier. It’s a lovely friendly gym with a very mixed client group. You are welcomed and very quickly become a member of the Energie EG family.

Great to be back in the club, and I feel quite motivated and supported. Aiming to get some fitness back after a long winter.

The team made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked in. It is a warm, friendly and convenient gym. My gym plan was very thorough and was followed up by a gym “booster” which guided me through the next phase. Well done to everyone for always having a smile and making me feel so welcome. Special thanks to Jasmine for a fabulous programme and who listened to my goals/concerns and Iris for persevering to get me there!

Great gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Just not that great unfortunately. The weights section is small, and when other clients take several sets of weights and socialise on other equipment you are left with no options.

I have been to this gym since I was 18 on and off now I’m 30 lovely staff who make you feel very welcome

Fantastic place. Friendly instructors, small classes and great facilities and equipment.

The gym it’s self is great lots of equipment and really friendly staff. And there is no doubt it’s always clean. However the sauna and steam room need attention. I used to always do my work out and look forward to the sauna and steam room but it’s not possible now. That’s what let’s it down for me.

Recently joined but had no induction - just had to get on with it. Went for a sauna and the aqua fitness women came in immediately and said it’s against the rules to wear a top and “they should have told you”. She was very rude in my view. But I’ll stick with it.

Small, friendly club with all facilities and equipment that anyone should need.
