Love the staff- great but machines need updating.
Love the staff, they are so lovely and always have a big smile and a nice greeting. Gym and pool are great for the money you are paying. Don’t get me wrong, the machines could do with a major update and, it would be nice if it opened a little earlier but for the money you are paying, you can’t go wrong. Pool is gorgeous as well, good temp and never to busy really.

Staff are awesome, just like family
Like most gyms, Énergie in East Grinstead has all the equipment you need. The reason I travel over 40mins each way to get there, when there are plenty of gyms closer is...the people. The staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and truly awesome. They are like family to me. There is a brand, there is a shell of a premises, there is equipment, yet it is the the staff, the people that bring all that to life. Great work guys and girls. I thank you accepting me as part of your family

Ok but old equipment
The gym is tired and needs a lot of new equipment. Pool could be cleaner. Staff are friendly. Whole place needs a refresh. Changing rooms, showers etc.

Everything you could want from a…
Everything you could want from a gym.....Loads of free weights, lots of cardio equipment, floor space for stretching and body weight exercises. But what really makes it is the guys who run it. Friendly, funny and really knowledgeable. It's why I've been a member for 15 years

Friendly and helpful staff. Sufficient parking. Convenient opening hours. Competitively priced and good value. Some of the machines are showing signs of age and possibly are in need of replacing.

Excellent customer service. People are friendly at reception. I like the environment. Happy to have a swimming pool and a sauna. There are a lot of things happening. It is spacious. The Pilates course is top. All excellent

The gym is always clean and never looks out of date and all the staff members are extreamly friendly and helpfull. I like going to this gym because I don't feel judged in in like at other bigger gyms.

I joined the gym for the swimming pool
I joined the gym for the swimming pool, which is great. Perfect temperature, clean and has sauna and steam room along side. My kids also enjoyed it during half-term. It’s quietest first thing in the morning. Busier later in the day. I would definitely recommend!
