The gym is spacious
The gym is spacious, clean and well maintained. The staffs at energy fitness are friendly and professional. The trainers are approachable, knowledgeable and provide helpful tips without being intrusive. The gym floor,equipment, locker rooms are cleaned regularly. Sanitizing stations are conveniently placed , encouraging members to wipe down equipment after use.its a fantastic place to work out , offering everything I need to stay motivated and achieve my fitness goals.

Really great place. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great classes. Shame its not a bit bigger inside can feel a bit cramped.

The gym is trying and are doing great job
The gym is trying and are doing a great work, one thing I need the gym to boost is its security, round and about the gym, there should be camera outside the gym so to keep valuable safe I lost my bike outside the gym less than 3weeks, i.e barely a month I joined the gym.

Really enjoying my time
I have really enjoyed my sessions at the gym and inspired to keep at it. I go 3 times a week for about 1.5hrs and always able to get a equipment to use. Booking classes is another issue, always fully booked and the waitlist doesn't move, hence one of my reasons why I didn't give a 5 star.
As a new member to the gym and fitness, will be nice for the staffs to do a wellness check after a few weeks of starting.
However, today was a much better day because another member (female) approached me and showed me ways to use the equipments to get better results and to not be intimidated by others especially the men. She spent over an hour on different equipments that will help me in my journey to fitness. Thank You member. It goes to show the gym is a very friendly place.

Returning to where all started
I joined énergie in September 2018, as a beginner at the gym I didn’t want to talk to many people, especially those who worked in the gym but soon those people became the reason I was coming in everyday even twice. The staff make you feel so welcome that you quick are part of the a big family. In 2019 I left the gym due to move far away again and honestly was one of the hardest things I had to face by them because for me that was meaning that I would not be able to come everyday to see them and have our chats and jokes. The facilities are awesome, especially now with even more equipment that before and the environment is incredible. It has been now 3 weeks since I am back as a member after 4 years in different gyms and, let me tell you, I count the days down to see when I am next in. The best decision ever, return to the place I always felt happy . Without a doubt énergie fitness it’s the place 💖
