Friendly staff always saying hi as you walk in. If you want a chat, they're there for you. If not, they won't get in your way either haha.

Started going to hayes energise fitness when they opened like 2 years ago.
Best gym in around Hayes 100%. Elizabeth line is just across the road. Easily reachable. Decent pricing. Good PTs.
Can get busy in the rush hours but all other gyms like that.
Recommend!

I have been a member since the gym first opened and I love it there, it’s well equipped and all the equipment is in top condition and always kept up to date. We have a great sense of community going in the gym and I always feel safe and comfortable when training. As for the staff they’re all amazing, there is always someone available to talk to and help me if I need anything and they are all super friendly. They also do special events and competitions often so there’s never a dull moment as a member.

Energie fitness gym is a fantastic and fabulous gym in Hayes please check it out you won't regret it.

The gym environment is friendly, especially the gym staff as they are always so kind and supportive. Both myself and my friend were planning on changing gyms very soon after joining because it is quite small, however, the gym grew on us and we actually enjoy coming to do our workout!

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed by a good looking man called mark I beleive…. The rest of the staff were helpful whenever I’ve needed anything…. The patience they show is quality especially for some1 who didn’t go to gyms before this…. Wish I could give 10 stars but have to deal with 5…. Top quality

Great gym..good selection of machines and free weights not used the cardio area yet but will do in the next few weeks..always clean and tidy 10/10.

Energie Fitness is an amazing little gym. Dispite its small size, it more than makes up for it in quality of equipment and general hygene and sanitation. Ive been at Energie for a little over a year now and ive never had a bad workout or been deterred from the bathrooms or showers. Never have the plates left black residue on my hands, never has leftover chalk been left in the knurling of the barbells, its brilliant. Located on the corner of Blyth road, theres a carpark right next to it for very cheap prices with a hillingdon first card OR free after 6pm

My only wish is the gym stayed open later than 10pm!!

They got the best staff. All staff is helpful and kind with positive attitude. Even, the gym itself has energy. Definitely worth it!

Been coming to the gym for a year now, with fitness being quite a new focus for me. Any help or advice I’ve ever asked for I’ve received, and all the staff are sound people who you can approach!
