Gyms are nice. Customer service shocking
The staff are friendly, the equipment is up to date and the gyms are clean. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. I signed up for a multi access gym membership so I could go to different clubs, however, the fob you get only works for your home gym and you can't attend classes from different gyms. You try to send emails asking about these issues, no response, you ask staff, they don't know and send you to others who don't know.
Want to cancel membership? Can't do it online, you have to call your club... Call the club? Don't answer.
Shocking admin and customer service.

small, tiny and smelly compact BROKEN GYM.
Gym is a complete shamble. I walked in yesterday there was no space at all to work out anywhere. Big crowd of men in every corner of the building in such a small, tiny compact gym. To make matters worse there is no air conditioning in the gym so it feels like you're working out in a sauna. They still have broken equipment that hasn't been replaced for the last 3-4 months. The big window in the studio is still smashed to pieces and is a massive health and safety HAZARD and people are still allowed to train by broken glass, I wish I had taken a picture.

Staff members are very welcoming and polite - especially Sherena. The gym itself is maintained as expected with a good range of equipment. Only thing I'd say is that the big Yoga balls are missing in this gym - this would be a great addition.
