Ive been to many gyms over the years…
Ive been to many gyms over the years and this one is up there with the best - plenty of good quality equipment, good atmosphere and friendly helpful staff - i wouldnt hesitate recommending to someone starting out or experienced gym users!

Énergie fitness is superb
Énergie fitness is superb, staff very friendly and efficient, they are always around to help with any questions regarding the Gym equipment. It’s covid friendly by using the gels and spray provided. I joined the beginning of September and so glad I did its the best Gym I have ever been to 👍you won’t be disappointed 👍

Really enjoying it so far
Really enjoying it so far, Shower facilities are great and I like that if the little room isnt being used you can go in there and just get on with your workout as sometimes the gym floor can be very busy! Staff are nice and friendly.

Old Fart Review
This gym is pretty decent. It does what it says on the tin: you go in, do your workout and go home.
The only thing that has irked me is the fact that the (mostly young) staff just don't get it that not everyone wants to use apps. I personally hate apps and don't want to use them for anything. Every time I attempt to book a class over the phone it seems to annoy them and they suggest the app. Did I mention that I hate apps? Old farts like to go to the gym too.

Excellent facility
Excellent facility, clean, tidy, great advice from trainers. I have only just got into weight training but the team have made it easy to do and I feel motivated and safe!!

Amazing gym, highly recommended
I have joined The Energie Gym just recently but can't say anything else but praise. Professional approach from all staff who are friendly and always happy to help or advice.
