Excellent modern gym with great staff
I have been a member of most of the gym's in Aberdeen The Warehouse, DW, Pure Gym, etc and with Energie Fitness Inverurie finally has a decent gym nearby. The gym itself is very well laid out and looks amazing with friendly staff....

I have never been to a gym so was a big…
I have never been to a gym so was a big leap for me to decide I looked at all gyms around inverurie. And found énergie Fitness was perfect to what I was looking for. I filled an online form and within a day someone phoned me and got me signed up. Went in got shown around. And then met James he made out a plan for me in what I was looking for showed me how to start off was patient with me as I was a newbie. All staff are friendly and approachable.

I really enjoy this gym in Inverurie
I really enjoy this gym in Inverurie; it’s the most cost effective I have found and is a good size. There are plenty of cardio machines so I never have to wait to use a treadmill, cross trainer or bike. There could however be more weight benches as there are only 3 or 4 and whenever I go they are always in use. That said, there is a wide range of standing weights to use so I can always get the workout that I want done.
The staff are so friendly and approachable, and always happy to help.
As a woman it can sometimes be intimidating to be in a mostly male user gym, but there is a really good balance here, and while it is a majority of males I never feel intimidated or judged. There is also a wide age range.

I was so anxious about even walking…
I was so anxious about even walking into the gym, but Nick took me for my induction and was so friendly and made me feel at home. I joined a workout plan with mathew and again so friendly and helpful. They have all gone above and beyond to make the gym safe during this scary time. I always see staff going about cleaning. Would high recommend this gym.

Really lovely gym everything you need for a body types.
Really lovely gym, but think after your PT has gone over things they should maybe “check in” a few days later to check your using the machines correctly.
I had my PT on the Friday and when I came to use the gym on the Monday I was unsure if I was doing certain machines I haven’t used before right?
After a week there everyday anther PT must have seen I was using it wrong and came to help.
But would have loved a bit of guidance just to settle in and make sure I’m doing it right.

Best Gym Around
I have just started trying to get fit after battling cancer and I am loving Energie Fitness Club in Inverurie.
Staff are so friendly and my PT Fiona is amazing and totally understands my limits.

All the staff are very knowledgable, friendly and supportive. All equipment is fairly new so in good condition.
Good Covid measures in place.
Love the App that tracks workouts and lets you book classes or gym slots online.

Professional and friendly
I have been made to feel welcome from the first moment I went in. After my first consultation with my personal trainer I was given a workout based on my needs and as hard as it was it was amazing and all the staff keep an eye on everyone when on shift. I love going to the gym and everyone is so friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay fit. Great job everyone.
