All you need to keep fit under one roof
Very good, spacious, clean, well managed and fully equipped gym with pleasant and helpful staff and trainers. Classes are really good. All you need to keep fit under one roof. The free wifi network needs an upgrade.Most unreliable.

As a client and Gym manager before, I want to share my experience and my opinion .
Id like to say that the Energy fitness is better than the gym group and the pure gym and many of gym's ,but the only things that energy need is the surface and more Equipment's for shoulders & arms , and that what I've seen in many of energy gym quiet same surface .

The wifi needs to improve
The wifi needs to improve, I sometimes find it difficult to stream songs on Spotify and since the gym is in basement I can't connect with mobile data, rest everything is great!

It's a nice and friendly gym but…
It's a nice and friendly gym but weekend hours should change. It should close at least 8-9pm. I am a new at the area with my 5 friends and we were looking for a gym and wanted to try this.. But probably we will change. Weekend hours are not convenient.

At Killburn just replaced all the…
At Killburn just replaced all the cardio equipment with astonishing brand new TechnoGym machines. However, the wifi is horrible. There are no connection at all and is something i have been asking several times with no response. Overall is a good gym. Recommend

Choose this gym!!!
The gym is very good, very good service and space and all the personal trainer are very professional and useful; the class are well organised and interesting.
Is not a 5 stairs only because I'll suggest we need some stair master machine and organise course until closure for people who work late and manage to get there at 9 pm

Kilburn Unclean gym with pointless staff that…
Unclean gym with pointless staff that only sit on their phone. It’s basically a DIY gym, hope you find the equipment you’re looking for and then hope it’s clean.
Equipment is old and never ever organised.
I guess that’s what you get for the price.
