The staff seem to be friendly and although the gym size is small, all the equipment is modern, clean and works! I have been given an exercise program and have regular check-in meetings which is helpful and encouraging.

Fantastic gym, great classes (with special attention to spinning), great energy, sense of community and all new equipment, not to forget the star of establishment - Daniel, the manager.
Highly recommend it!

Hello, I’m a member of the gym and I assisted to the class of Box Fit with the instructor Daniel and I needed it to mention I really had fun and at the same time I was able to work out. Daniel has showed always a nice attitude towards me and help me every-time I need it.

Only one bench press (+one incline), changing room very small and not very clean. At busy times you don't even have access to a locker and to use machines you have to wait forever. They don't have enough weights. For example you go from 12.5 kg to 15 kg nothing in between. The only water dispenser (tap) hardly work (no water pressure). On the plus side, good location and friendly staff.

Has been a great experience so far with a mix of weight training and in house sessions conducted by energie fitness. They provide a wide range of in-house sessions ranging from HIIT to yoga to cycling. So you can have a mix and match approach to attain the required level of fitness.

Really good gym. The group training sessions they organize are really worth attending.

Amazing gym, good vibes and nice staff so glad I joined. I would give 5 stars just wish it was 24hrs or stayed open a little longer after 11pm!🥲

A good gym with everything needed for a good workout at a very good price

The members staff are polite. The local is really clean. However, the internet is not good at all,( the connection is very low) I think having access to the internet, is very important while you are doing workout to feel motivated and not bored.

I like the fact that the gym has a number of attachments that you won't find in most commercial gyms, the problem for me would be the fact it isn't 24/7 and the barbells are annoying to put away since I can't place them in the rack since the weights are in the weigh

I have been having the best experience at this gym. The classes are very nice and so are the trainers.

Wi-Fi never works and there is no 4G/5G because it is in a basement. Patrons always leaving equipment all over the place and though it’s not the gyms fault, it is on the gym to create a culture of putting back equipment.

Great gym with friendly staff and loads of equipment. Fantastic community and a variety of great classes too! I really love the yoga classes - and so affordable
