Friendly staff , great gym!!
I literally walked into this gym by the off chance. And boy, I’m so happy that I did. Lucy was so welcoming, made me laugh and feel so at ease. She took the time to show me around and , told me about all of the classes that were available . She took away all of my concerns, I joined up on that day. The gym is clean , and my Gym induction went really well.. hence I now know what I’m doing. I had my 1st dance class with Lucy…wow it was fun, energising, and Lucy managed to keep an eye on me and help me , when I was stuck, despite having a full class in front of her. I lam so looking forward to going to this gym. Thank you to all of the staff.

Is a good gym you find everything what you need for all of your exercises. The guys at reception were very professional the induction was great and knowledgeable so I am happy with my decision to sign up with them.

Really nice people, lots of equipment, friendly atmosphere and good Covid-19 regulations (such as the controlled entry app). My only critique would be their opening hours as it used to be a 24 hour gym.

Having returned after lockdown I have…
Having returned after lockdown I have been impressed by the organisation in the gym and the user friendly app. Staff as always are friendly and seem to be very aware of the safety needs.
The new equipment is impressive and well spaced.
Only criticism, showers need more space but with the building as it is I understand it's not possible.

With the amazing team ready to help at all times, give you pointers and rhat kick start in your fitness journey, I would 100% recommend this gym. The facilitys are always clean and with covid they are doing an amazing job at keeping us all safe.

Love this gym
Love this gym. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Dan who did our induction. My husband really enjoying it too and he’s never set foot in a gym in his life! Can’t rate it highly enough.

All the staff are amazing here
All the staff are amazing here! They have always been down to earth and friendly.
I have just started attending the HIIT classes and Dan is fantastic! The classes are hard! but Dan has you laughing through them, explains the moves and makes you feel comfortable and keeps you motivated!
He is an asset to the team :)
