Energie Fitness - Midleton Reviews 

Friendly welcome by various staff, a well equipped gym. Large number of spinning bikes, private studio for classes.

I just joined Energie Fitness in Midleton 2 weeks ago. The staff have been really helpful, friendly and flexible. The App is great for booking classes and there is plenty of choice.

Just joined 2 weeks ago and am delighted so far. the spinning is super. Not too sure about the Yoga though!

Good selection of machines available

Good equipment but some of it is in need of maintenance. Very surprised and disappointed that no-one other than me was training with a sweat towel! Suggest "No towel, no train" policy be implemented for hygiene and courtesy reasons.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Barry was amazing and talked through everything with me and took his time in showing he me how to use the equipment…great gym

Everybody here is very helpful and well experienced in what they do, there is a lovely atmosphere and it is a very welcoming place, loads of different equipment and machines and a great variety of classes going on in here too, I really enjoy my sessions here and look forward to progressing as time goes on

Great gym, has all the equipment you could need. I joined up for 3 weeks when I was back home visiting and it was a great experience every time I went, friendly staff and great location. Will sign up again on my next trip home. Thanks guys :)

Best gym around! The classes are really flexible and there’s so many different ones to chose from. Barry (one of the instructors) is brilliant for the classes. I learn something new every time he does them. Learning about why you’re doing the exercises you’re doing really motivates you to continue and helps you focus on the areas you want. Barry and Alex were very welcoming when I first joined and there classes are well worth it! Alex does the Pilates class and it’s so much different then the usual Pilates class and makes it really enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym if you’re trying to find your love for fitness again

The gym is clean and I like that you provide towels and sanitizers to clean the machines. The brazilien trainer was very helpful when I asked her for advice. Is so obvious that she knows her job.

This is a great gym but it is lacking the variety of gym equipment. Space is wasted unnecessarily like the area near the entrance with non-essesntial pull-up bars. This area, and out the back could fit multiple pieces of new equipment that would make the gym a lot better. The gym is very good and has a great community but it is very limited in what people can do I hope you might expand ur options for your customers.

everything seems fine. But very upset with my wife, that stole my shorts and my wife’s shirt, which we left in the locker room.in different gyms this was,but never stolen. It’s a pity that this gym is visited by thieves

Classes are very well organised and the staff are friendly and helpful and I am enjoying being part of Energie Fitness.

I have everything I could want in a gym as well as a great location, and great staff. The gym's very clean and well-kept. The only thing I would change is the opening hours. 5:30/5:45 would be perfect.

After being a member here for nearly 2 years the class timetable hasn’t changed only WOW yoga!
Impossible to get into a class but they won’t add extra classes.
Does not cater for people who work until 6pm
Majority of the 7pm classes are meditation yoga and or Pilates.
After suggesting to staff on more than one occasion to mix up the timetable I get shot down. We don’t have staff etc etc
Cancelled my membership on this basis if it’s a leisure daytime gym your looking for them join if you want an after work workout I don’t recommend.
