The hours of opening are terrible
The hours of opening are terrible. Closed at 3 sat and sun and then bank holidays closed all day. The changing room is tiny

I love this gym its never over crowded…
I love this gym its never over crowded and I always manage to use the equipment/machines easily when needed. Their always extremely helpful and great opening hours to suit everyone. The monthly fee is also fantastic and one you just won't get elsewhere.

During lockdown the choice of Zoom and Online classes are brilliant. Brilliant instructors always available to offer great advice and a lovely opportunity to stay in touch with them and other gym members. Can’t wait to get back into the gym once lockdown is lifted. The team are fantastic in keeping us motivated during the lockdown. Loads of classes to chose from. I usually do the live Zoom classes most mornings and I love them. I’d seriously be lost without them during this lockdown.

Absolutely loving the online classes at the moment. They keep me motivated & the instructors are so helpful, kind & considerate. They know everyones circumstances are different where you can leave your camera on or off, without any judgement whatsoever. Its the only thing keeping me sane at the moment!

A modern clean and extremely spacious…
A modern clean and extremely spacious gym with loafs of parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a brilliant booking system which hinders any thoughts of backing out of your work out :)
