A great gym with spacious place to workout, up to date equipment with sanitising features around.

The friendliest gym in Cork
Excellent facilities, really friendly staff who always remember your name and welcome you with a smile. I was with another gym in Cork City before and their staff were very rude. Energie Midleton are the exact opposite. Me and my girlfriend love Energie Fitness and will stay members for a long time.

Well equipped, affordable gym with almost everything you need to remain fit. Well maintained, Clean and the most friendly staff you could ever find in gym. Best thing is they have In gym and online classes every day.
