Only been a member for a short while but really enjoying using the gym!
The system of having to book slots due to the current restrictions is nice and simple, and I’ve always been able to book a slot I’ve wanted.

Giving you 5 stars I was so nervous going to a gym cause I’ve never been before and I wanted to start so I could get fitter and lose weight and soon has I came into the building you and your staff were so friendly and kind it was nothing to worry about i now go Monday to Friday and have sat and sun rest days I’m loving it and when I don’t go for a day I’m excited to come back, I’m loving it recommend the best gym around💪☺️

Really well set out gym
Really well set out gym, really clean with someone cleaning at all times. Good equipment and friendly staff. The locker rooms and showers cubicles are convenient to the gym as well, don’t have to walk half a mile to the gym after getting changed

Lockdown godsend
Obviously not as enjoyable as actually going to the gym in person but the energie online classes have definitely been a godsend to me during the recent lockdown periods. As I'm slightly late joining the gym craze after retiring recently I don't feel comfortable joining in the live classes so I especially like the on demand sessions that are prerecorded so can be done at a time that's convenient for you. Can't wait to get back into the gym hopefully soon. Energiefitnesspontypridd is like a big, welcoming family to everyone.

The gym is always too over crowded
The gym is always too over crowded and you are never able to do the workout you planned. The equipment is always being used by other “gym hoggers”. There have been a few occasions that I have been turned away as the gym was at its capacity although I booked a visit online.

Very good gym highly recommend
Very good gym has everything you need staff and other members are friendly and helpful.
All the equipment is brand new and due to covid these cleaning facilities at every station.
It’s open long hours on the weekend to which is pretty rare and very handy.

Awesome gym, great staff, could have more equipment.
A very nice gym with great people running it.
The machinery and equipment are new and great quality.
I like the way things got handled during the pandemic with the dividing tapes and antibacterial sprays.
The only negative for me would be that I'm used to gyms with more equipment and machinery for more exercises, so not having those extra or a direct alternative is a bit annoying.
Overall an all around great gym.

What an amazing facility to have right…
What an amazing facility to have right on my doorstep.very easy to book on the énergie app for classes and gym time.the gym and equipment are kept impeccably clean and tidy even more so now with the current covid situation . the staff are always glad to help with your enquiries and so are the instructors tailoring your gym time to suit your fitness needs.what an excellent place to keep fit
