Lovely staff, great atmosphere, clean and cozy place. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Laurence Read.

Convenience, staffing and cost are the primary advantages to the Energie Fitness.

Great equipment and lots of support from trainers.

I'm very new to the gym scene and energie Putney has made a very good impression.

The gym is well equipped and very clean. Members regularly clean equipment after use with the antibacterial wipes provided (based on my observation).

Trainers are all very knowledgeable and helpful in demonstrating good form and how to use all the kit (I've had very good experiences with Rowan and Lawrence).

Membership is a good value compared to other gyms in the area and I'll happily stay here for the foreseeable future.

Good atmosphere and very friendly member team.

I walked into the Energie Fitness last Saturday and decided to sign up. Monday, I went there again to start training then I realized how small the place is and how difficult would be to do anything there.
Tuesday, I sent an email to cancel my membership.
I got a response saying it will be cancelled but there is a notice period so I will have to pay and I can use the gym until end of February.
I don't want to use the gym ( that's why I cancelled it) and I asked for them to not charge me anything as I've been there only 2 days, so it could be considered as a trial.
They refused it.
I asked them to refund me in a good will gesture.
No reply.
Overall, I am very disapointed to be forced to pay for a service that I won't use.
If you are looking for a gym, be aware that this is bad one.

Best part about energie Fitness are the trainers. They give the gym a great atmosphere.

Equipment is modern and cleaned regularly.

Healthy mix of gym goers as well so really suitable for all types.

A well equipped gym .I am a Senior Women but I don’t feel intimidated by younger fitter people .Friendly atmosphere and the staff always greet you with a smile .

Supposed to open at 6am, but I’ve just arrived at 6:35am and the shutters are down with several people waiting hopefully that someone will come and open it soon.

Other than the above it’s fine for the money other than the toilets are always rather dirty/missing soap/damaged. The staff are friendly and helpful and the gym itself is pretty well stocked and clean.

I had always wanted to get the best and effective use of all gym equipment for a robust workout, the group classes at Energie is helping me achieve this!

Small gym, with a small yard for classes. There should be a more range of classes, and the yard needs to be made a bit bigger, with more classes especially zumba. Sometimes the gym is too busy.

I'm having an amazing experience herexi found the best personal trainer I ever met and my body changing and building very fast thanks to énergie fitness!!
