Brilliant local gym with everything you need!
Small local gym with everything you need. Staff are really friendly and encouraging and the environment is very non judgmental. Good variety of classes and long opening hours. And the best part is it’s so affordable! What’s not to like?

Great Gym and Friendly Staff
I was a little anxious joining the gym as it had been a while since I'd last been to a gym and I'd gained lockdown weight.... But from joining online to actually stepping in the gym its been a simple and welcoming experience. I had a few enquiries so emailed and had a speedy reply with answers to all my enquiries.I have now been a member for about 4 weeks, Everyone is so helpful, friendly and offer advice. Classes are easy to book and enjoyable. Glad I made the move to join Energie 💗

Since I started the gym last wk I've enjoyed ey min of it fran was very lively wen I joined her class with was my first one n then l8r that day I did kettles.with Ryan never enjoyed 😉 goin bac the gym in long time n can't wait 2 more classes with fran n Ryan x I now ave a Personal Trainer,who is amazing Lisa is fun brill an the best trainer,not only is Lisa my trainer,she's becoming a real nice friend aswel.....wen she trains me 4 my session not only does she makes me the best that I am at in everyday....we ave amazing times......we ave a laugh aswel.....I go 2 her classes aswel r brill with Lisa.....not only does she make the class enjoyable 😉 she changes up the classes she makes me wanna train even harder xxx

I would give you 5 stars but after pressing one it goes off.
I have only just joined the gym, it is the first gym I have joined and I was quite nervous. Both staff members (Jordan and Matthew) have been so good at explaining the equipment and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I've never felt rushed and am actually enjoying this new experience.

Highly highly recommended to all!
Never been to a gym myself before going énergie, so i don’t really feel the most comfortable, not only are the staff super welcoming and friendly to people that are new to the gym but the people that go there are sound. Whenever I have been it’s never been busy... max of about 5/6 people. Made me realise no ones watching you or bothered about what you’re doing, everyone’s there for the same reason.
Highly highly recommended to all!

Fortunately after being made redundant…
Fortunately after being made redundant in November there are now more classes that I can access on line and meeting new tutors as well as ones that I know from my local gym. Very varied and much appreciated
