Great Gym!
Since joining Energie fitness a couple of months ago, I have felt so welcome with all the friendly staff and other clients! It’s such a lovely place where you can go and train without the niggling feeling of being watched or judged. Honestly I cannot thank the staff enough for helping me (subconsciously) love the gym!

I use this app to book classes at the gym. Easy to use and you can add the class easily to your phone's calendar, as well as having it emailed to you as a reminder. GREAT APP!

Only been a member for 2 weeks but been 12 days out of 14 as I have a specific event coming up that I need to look my best for! Mostly been doing classes and absolutely loving them. If you like being worked hard and sweating then these classes are for you!

Air con not working
Windows open in the gym and I felt the air con was not working.
When I enquired about this I was told it was working but not as effective with the windows open. I felt very uncomfortable and hot. I began to feel nauseous.
I was told I must have been working hard, You are meant to work hard in the gym. They offered to switch the air con on but I was leaving.

I’ve always enjoyed the classes, as I don’t like the gym, and there are classes to meet all likes & grades of exercise. The social side of energie fitness is great for me too. Keep up the good work.

The gym that’s a family
The gym is a different place since fran took over, its a family first then a gym... all the staff are great, full on banter... love going even if it takes 10 minutes chatting in the office before you do a workout 😂 and then another 10 after the workout 😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
