Good selection of equipment, clean equipment and facilities (plenty of wipes and trigger-spray bottles), the staff are nice and friendly. Only complaint would be the stair-machine had a non-functional HR monitor (no reading) other than that so far, so good :)

This is a great gym, very clean and great equipment.
I use the gym before opening so only meet the staff on my way out and they all seem really friendly.

So far, so good ! All the staff have been really friendly and the Empower programme is keeping me motivated. I'm already seeing results !

Some of the staff doesn´t have the disposition to help. Questions are not answered, and when I have asked for help with something, they are not the most helpful and willing people to help you

Friendly staff who are always happy to help. Good selection of gym equipment to help with any fitness journey. I've yet to participate in any of the classes but always plenty of them to join in with if you want to.
Overall a great gym

This gym is absolutely perfect for me. A wide range of equipment, free weights, classes, etc. Very straightforward registration, competitive monthly membership and lovely and helpful staff. The other gym members are friendly too. Extremely happy that I joined. Can’t recommend highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect gym for my morning sessions when less busy. Have some amazing equipment missing from other commercial gyms, such as the hip thruster, back extension, and curved treadmill. Would be nice to have more squat racks with adjustable spotter arms, as I find the permanent fixtures too high for some movements. The addition of more pull up bars would be great too!
That being said, I have always been able to complete a workout without having to make many compromises. Overall I am a satisfied gym-goer!

So far my experience at Énergie has been positive. The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and the equipment is well maintained.

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are some pieces of equipment that I’m bummed is not available - such as an assisted pull-up machine and a hack squat machine. Aside from that all has been great!

The staff are very friendly, and from the get go tell you everything you need to know. The gym has a very nice atmosphere to it and it has all the essentials you need . I’m very excited to train the next 6 months of my fitness journey at énergie as It was my first ever gym going back there only this time with a little more knowledge. The only problem I have found with énergie not only this one is the preacher curl bench it can feel often too solid at times , and less cushiony besides from that the staff are amazing the place is amazing if you’ve got time in Winchester go here try it out !!!

Its a very friendly gy, to be honest I was not expecting that. It was an suprise to me to see such a friendly faces.When you are around yound peoples you can challenge yourself

Best gym I went to, amazing people and really motivating environment.

Staff are lovely always there if need help or advice ... classes are great ur not made to feel stupid when your a beginner everyone does it at there own pace.. great atmosphere best gym I've joined would highly recommend 👌

Lost 35kg over the past year and joined up with Energie 2 weeks ago to start on my fitness goals.
Absolutely loving it so far! Everyone is incredibly helpful, very safe location, haven't tried any of the classes yet but plan to soon.
Membership is worth every penny, great gym with even greater people and staff.

Fantastic staff and great classes just maybe need a few change up to get pump and cycle on later in the evenings but all in all a great place

The staff are all incredibly helpful and have made me feel welcome. The equipment is also in use and clean, the other gym members are extremely helpful

All the equipment you need is there at a very reasonable membership fee

Fantastic venue with a huge array of equipment and classes which are easily accessible via the very slick booking app. The trainers are extremely personable and the membership price is worth every penny.

This is the first gym I’ve been to and felt completely comfortable as a woman on my own. All the staff are incredibly friendly, the classes are great fun and all the machines are very clean!
