I am probably old enough to be the…
I am probably old enough to be the mother of the average age of the clientele. I only do classes and I find the staff friendly, encouraging and motivational. I always feel welcome and that is from both those teaching the class and those participating in the class. I’ve been a member for approximately 20 months and still love attending.

Energie Fitness is a great way to work…
Energie Fitness is a great way to work on how you can achieve your goals. Whether it's from gym-visits, physical and even virtual classes, you can always work to push yourself harder and faster. The staff are extremely helpful and so motivating in helping you to reach your full potential. They have excellent services and promotions to help guide your gym experience. I have reccommended so many friends to try out Energie, as they won't find a better gym in the area.

Live classes are amazing!
The selection of live classes to take part in over this lockdown period have been absolutely excellent! The majority of them don’t need any equipment so anyone can join in. All the trainers are awesome and make it feel like you’re back in the gym during the live classes. It’s been tough for everyone in lockdown but energie fitness Winchester are doing absolutely everything f they can to keep their members motivated and happy!

Absolutely love training since signing up with Energie Fitness. The gym has such a great atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and helpful & there is a great range of equipment available.
The staff are always willing to help, smiling and encouraging. The classes they run each day are amazing and versatile - I never did classes at any old gyms as I didn't feel comfortable but you get to know the faces and become excited for the next one.
The way they've handled classes online during lockdown is amazing! Going above and beyond (as always) to ensure that us members can contjhue our fitness journeys.
I literally don't have one bad thing to say about the gym, staff or classes, and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else🏆

I’ve found my feet
I have had many failed attempts in gyms but seem to have found my feet with these guys. It is not just about loosing weight because you have to and the doctor said so... it’s fun and I’ve made friends too. I just have to turn up to the class or do my programme! I’d say I’m still learning in a lot of ways but I’m confident I will finally achieve some personal goals I’ve had for several years!!

Best gym I've ever been to! I love all the variety of classes, boxing, hiit, yoga, pilates, zumba, and a large weights and cardio section, there is something for everyone! Top trained PTs that are always on hand to give advice and help you achieve the results you desire. The online support during Covid 19 has been amazing! It's very social and friendly and feels like a family, I've made so many friends here and it's fun to compete against them in the classes. Top marks Energie! Where you belong🥇
