I went for a trial a few weeks ago and have been going ever since. It I well equipped with alp the machines and equipment I need. Staff are also very friendly and were very helpful when I asked about how to use certain equipment.

Really enjoy using this gym
Really enjoy using this gym. The staff are friendly and helpful, the equipment is great - and more arrives all the time. Some I haven’t seen before in a gym - the monkey bars and The Yard for example. And the Hydro-massage beds are brilliant after a hard work out!

It's a great Gym
It's a great Gym - recent new addition of kits means that I have all the equipment that I need. Spacious too...although gets busy sometimes..my only easy to fix complaint is music! Most of the people listen to their own but then Gym needs peppy, high octane energising music to help you push more ...Señorita and Somewhere over the Rainbow types aren't great motivating songs for Gym when you are trying to pump the iron through 😅😅

Immediate price rise, classes are really basic with very limited choice and availability. Dirty floor in the studio
I joined for £35/month just 2 weeks ago and monthly price already increased to £37/months! Yes,. I can cancel anytime.. but that's not the point! I feel been cheated!
There are very few classes with 1 studio that can host only 12 people max.
You must book before 8am 5 days before otherwise they are fully booked.
The floor of the studio looks always quite dirty touching it.. but it is very dark so at least you don't see it..
Instructors are nice people but their classes are really really basic.. and this is said from me that is not advanced at all! Names of instructors are hidden from the booking system and the timetable.

With regards to your comments on our classes, unfortunately there is not much we can do about this as certain group classes we run are very popular so it can often be hard to book a spot. For an entry level gym at a low cost…
For an entry level gym at a low cost it’s fine as it has everything for a full workout. However, some of the basics, like paper towels, are missing so if you forget a towel to wipe away sweat there’s nothing to use in the gym.
The quality of the running machines is acceptable- not Life Fitness equipment so when running distance it’s not as comfortable and the machines (including cross trainers) face a wall which is pretty drab.
There’s lots of groups of students who seem to hang out around the weights equipment during certain times of the day (to be fair they’re probably exercising in groups) so for me those areas are to be avoided. Also there’s quite a lots of users who seem not to know how to wipe down equipment after they use it which is particularly off putting.
Overall it’s fine for short term convenience and its a much cheaper alternative to the local club gym alternatives. However in the long run I’ll probably return to paying more elsewhere for a better overall experience.

To busy and limited space for morning people
This gym gets very busy in mornings and personally doesn't work well for me. There is not much floor space and you would be lucky to get on the weights you wish to - however there are always cardio machines free in the mornings if that's what you wish to do. Theyre are classes on every morning which is good but they take up alot of the free space.

Great Space to exercise
Very friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment. Can get busy at the usual times but always equipment available. Also there is a good variety of classes to try. Good Covid practices. Lots of wipes to clean down with and restricted numbers so you have to book gym and classes. App is easy to navigate. It's a good comfortable place for all ages.
