Energiglass 

Myself and father-in-law have been waiting for a refund since July 2018 and still even after emailing them, writing and trying desperately by phone, have had no response from energiglass

I can see they reply to positive comments but what about showing respect to those of us that have complaints or simply want a refund of the deposit!

I've found that this company has moved to Sunbridge Road. Avoid these cowboys. I will be paying them a visit to complain.

I had quite a lot of work done by Energiglass and was very happy with the finished results.The workers were very efficient and professional and I would happily recommend to others .

Quick and easy installation by friendly work men. The new glasss has made a big difference just as i was informed it would although had my reservations but all the information was correct so I'm very pleased with the result

The fitting team turned up on time at 9am they completed the job by7pm.
The team of 3 worked extremely hard during day always courteous at all times - the job was left clean and tidy to my satisfaction.
I am very pleased with the fit and finish of my gutters and soffits .
Would highly recommend this company again.

The glass is good and the fitters were clean and efficient in their work. Unfortunately it took a visit by a second teams to complete the work due to concerns over a lean to out building. I had to admire the second teams ability to complete the work without need of scaffolding.

I would have made it five stars except neither team cleaned up the frames as promised by the salesman. They admitted this was just sales talk.

Fitters very pleasant, even after almost removing the bathroom window by mistake. Came when expected. My only reservation was that, after they had completed the job and left the premises, I was disappointed to see that, after removing the beading to replace the window, thy had not wiped/cleaned the beading before refitting it. Consequently, from the inside, black mouldy stuff is visible, especially at the bottom

Salesman was not too pushy , explained everything clearly , Fitters very tidy and efficient .

Gtreat products and service also alot more value for money i am very pleased with the work i had carried out would highly recommend them

Excellent quality products. No pushy salesmen which is always a bonus. The fitters were AMAZING. Tidy, polite and did a great job on newly plastered walls. Can recommend this company without any reservation at all

Very good,found a crack in a window and was replaced within a week.No problems.

The product is great. The review would have been 5 star except for the terrible mess the two fitters left behind. Broken glass not properly cleaned up etc. A shame.

We've had new double glazing and a new garage roof fitted by this organisation; all very successfully.

Sadly I am currently fighting to get a deposit back for my elderly mother on a job that seriously unrequited and cant fulfil..this has been going on for months now. They never call back. Lie about money owed back. Horrendous service. Horrendous customer care. No one is held accountable for the lies that come out of the staff. Terrible communication and still 640 down which was paid in October 2018...further update no one wants to hold accountable no clarification on when a cheque was posted to my mother and still not received to date ..if you dont want a total nightmare stay well clear like to take money for jobs they cant forfil and then dont want to return money that's owed. Like to prey on elderly and vulnerable and hope they wont ask questions will be taking g this further as for all the pro.ises from staff managers and directors that this has been resolved I can say NO IT HASNT !!
