We found the two people who came to replace the windows were helpful and worked very hard, they cleared up afterwards and were very helpful we have benefitted from this experience and our home is much warmer.

I would give no stars if it was an option. I ordered replacement windows for all of my windows plus a front door. This was on 26 June and I paid 20% deposit. The salesman, Chris, was excellent at his job, knew exactly what to say to get a sale. Four workmen came on 16 July. Two worked and two messed around leaving their food rubbish bag in our hedge. They left without any windows being sealed properly and a load of rubbish everywhere. I was forced to pay a large cheque which I felt obliged to give. Two different men finally came back on 30 July TWO WEEKS LATER to finish off. They worked really hard but have also left a lot of rubbish and work for me to have to do. A lot of plastering inside needs to be done. If I lived in a mansion and was a millionaire, they would not have left the house like they did. I was then rung constantly to pay the balance even though there was mess to be removed. The windows and doors themselves are lovely but I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are rude, liars and best avoided if you want a hassle free life.

Company installed new glazing units throughout mid-July 2018. Noticed great improvement in reduction of heat transfer since then. Installers were excellent.
Only downside is the company has called each month since to replace more units when they have issued certification for full glass upgrade.

Highly recommended. Very professional and efficient service from initial meeting with sales rep to the installation of the windows by the fitters.

The windows themselves are very good quality and are worth the few extra pounds. Ours have been in for approx. 3 months now and so far so good!

As for efficiency, the fitters arrived to install when they specified (very important when you're taking time off work!) and they did a good job as well as cleaning up after themselves once finished.

I have recommended Energi Glass to my neighbour and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again in the future.

Had a new glass windows fit to the front of the house. The salesman was pleasant and didn’t hard sell. The fitters arrived on time and did a good job they also cleaned up my frames too. Would use the company again.

No complaints about the glass, but the fitting is poor. The glass was fitted to our existing frames but the seals are not good, particularly in the corners where a draught comes through when its windy. I had to follow the fitters round and insist that they filled some gaps in the corners. We had a new frame in one window, the finish on the outside reveal is a bit slapdash. A few months later we decided to upgrade a couple of single glazed windows to D.G., the salesman tried to tell us that it wouldn't be possible to use the existing frames and wanted us to buy new frames. I knew that the existing frames could be used and insisted on it, saving ourselves a wad of money.
