No basic problems but installation was slightly delayed, and the fitters were ok.

A friend recommended energiglasa to me as some of my windows were compensating really bad. The salesman came and used some some of device to pinpoint which windows needed replacing they even gave me a recycle discount on my old units. The fitters did a good job and were very polite, they tidied up after too. Great recommendation.

Not sure how accurate the device is that they use but I was told I needed to replace four of my windows. I got a good deal and good service would use them again.

We needed our windows replacing and Energiglass was the cheapest. The salesman was friendly and didn't force us either way. The guys who came to fit were friendly and tidied up after themselves have no complaints whatsoever.

GOOD COMPANY BUT NOT SO GOOD SALESMAN

Happy but could have been happier. The salesman showed how much cold air our windows were letting in and how much difference Energiglass windows would make. He was friendly but would not listen to our concerns we knew where drafts were coming from and he rejected these.

We knew drafts were coming from the frames but he insisted that just the glass needed replacing and when the glass was fit there would be no drafts. But when the surveyor came out he confirmed that the frames were warped and all needed replacing after a discussion with the office they agreed some additional work for same price.

When they came to fit the windows one set of frames and glass was missing but were brought first thing the following day as promised. The installers were friendly and cleaned up well after them

I was contact on the telephone by Energiglass and wasn't sure whether I wanted a sales person to come and see me but agreed. A man called John came who was very nice and really informative, he never forced me to buy anything and showed me the inefficiency of my windows using some device. I had 2 replacement glass windows to my bedroom window, the fitters were very good and pleasant and got the job done in no time.
