Energiglass 

We are a business line and receive several calls a day from this company - despite requesting we are removed from their contact list. When I rang the company to complain he said he would look into it but didnt even ask for our telephone number so Im not hopeful.

Very annoying!

UPDATE - they have responded to this and said email customer services to get the number removed - I have already done this 3 times!

I would just like to compliment the staff that inistially called me and offered me the free service. They were polite, professional and very thorough.
The advisor that came out was very helpful professional and was not pushy at all. I purchased the product and I am extremely satisfied I can alwready feel the benefits. House is much warmer, no draughts and I don't need to use my heating any where near as much as I used to. I would highly reccomend this company to everyone. I also saved money from the recycling my old windows. Absolutely fantasic.

A gentleman from Energi Glass has just called me and gone through his sales pitch, at which I told him we are selling our property so not interested thank you. He then swore at me then hung up, he needs reporting and sacking.

Energiglass fit my windows around 10 days ago. Since the temperatures have dropped outside my house feels warmer inside. Windows aren't cheap but the price I was paid was reasonable. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I see of the negative reviews on here and can say I had no issues whatsoever with energiglass. They told me when they were coming and what time. Came, fitted and left in one day. Good job.

I am more than happy with my installation by this company.I had the whole house done by nice friendly tidy lads,my house looks lovely,and I am more than satisfied with the job and the very good price,I didnt have my patio doors done at the time,but can now afford to do that and will be contacting them to come back.

Sick of the constant calls asking for someone who doesn't live at my address. I have requested my number be removed twice today alone as we are registered with the tps and I am still getting calls.

Another pain in the backside cold calling company who take no notice of the fact i am registered with TPS to stop parasites like this calling

I was completely satisfied with the work which Energiglass did. This was initially replacing one failed unit and then subsequently doing the rest of the house. They were polite, turned up on time and did what they said they would. The finished units look good.;

We have just had the rest of our windows replaced, and as when we had them before the service is excellent. We have now had the whole house fitted with EnergiGlass and couldn't be more delighted. The fitters( Phil & Reece ) were very obliging and the work was carried out very efficiently. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone, and are looking forward to saving on our energy bills. Thank you EnergiGlass a good job well done. Jack & Ann Snowden.

Following a polite door-to-door sales call, we agreed to have an appointment to review the glazing in our house.

The guy (Nick) came out on time as agreed on a Saturday; talked us through the types of glass and what the 'offer' was, as well as undertaking an initial inspection of the whole house. From this he provided us with a costing of glass replacement for the whole house, broken down room by room which was extremely helpful.

A quick comparison online indicated the prices quoted were fair. We then agreed to start with two smaller areas of glazing in the kitchen and dining room, so that we would be eligible for the recycling scheme discount.

The two glazing fitters (Billy and Tony) were scheduled to fit with my own availability and arrived on time as promised. They undertook the work quickly and without fuss, leaving the rooms clean and tidy. They checked I was happy with the finished results before they left.

All in all from the initial door call to having the two rooms done was less than 2 weeks. I can't fault the people involved or the updates from their central call admin team - everyone I came into contact with was polite, helpful and did what they promised to do.

It's been about a week since the work was concluded, and we can already feel a heat difference in the kitchen from the early evening onward - it's definitely having a benefit already that we imagine will be even more useful come the winter months.

We will be having other rooms done when budgets permit.

the house has deffinatly felt alot warmer and the windows are very attractive.

Billy & Tony did an excellent job of replacing windows, even bricking up partially to reduce the size of the new window we wanted installing.

i am very happy with the job i had a mixed combination of wood and upvc.
both were fitted well and to my satisfaction would use again.

I was very satisfied with all the sales staff and installation people. The only resevation I would have is that the sales person said they would clean all the seals before replacing but this did not happen.

Another month rolls by and despite all your replies that my £640 is going to be returned I'm still waiting, I can not understand why it's taking you so long to write a cheque for me, after all, it only took you minutes to take my cheque and cash it before the seven day cooling period, I've phoned and spoken to your people and been assured my money will be returned, your sales have even phoned me twice to ask if I'm satisfied with the work done, and another time to see if you could sell me replacement windows, please return my £640 immediately, this has gone on since March, why the delay????

I have just cancelled my order for Double glazing.The service I received both at the interview stage and from the office was superb. This was a very trying time for both of us, we are both over eighty but the firm could not of been more professional and honest in their dealing with us. Thank you.
