What a joke, also deposit takes 2 seconds (I saw in comments takes a day to others) however, withdrawal takes 3-5 days. The website is laggy, the T & C’s are ridiculous. Seems poor to average in terms of quality
Seems poor in terms of quality, sometimes it’s quality over quantity! You have a lot of games which is great but when you first deposit in my experience it can take anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes just waiting for the deposit to show up in your account, some games are laggy but the live casino was fine, the rtp is the same as most sites so no issues there and the withdrawal process compared to a lot of places which are instant or within an hour so would be deemed as slow as mine took 2-3 days. So I guess an average experience here at energy casino and some website and app design/updates are needed to compete with other well known companies.
