Don’t see what the bad reviews are about tbh I’ve played some bad casinos and this is not one of them. Made a small deposit of £25 and got up to £185 my own fault raised the stakes and tried to hit the jackpot haha but made another deposit of £15 and won again up to £190 then withdrew the funds don’t see the problem it’s a good casino just bet what you can afford and you’ll be a lot happier. Only issue I have is once deposited takes about 5 mins to update your balance but after that it’s fair game

Absolute joke of a site , played about 8 games got 2 bonus payed £40 on £1 and got £11 on £1 . Then ate the rest of my money . Took £400 instantly . Absolutely fuming , didn’t even get a proper play . A 50x slot took £150 on pounds . Never known it in my life only site that’s eats your money . Don’t waste you money on here, go somewhere else

EDIT: Sorted. Hats off to the team responsible for client support, I was able to communicate even during Christmas festivities. I got my money back. I have still seen bets being declined due to server errors so I can't confidently say that I would play big sums, but overall happier. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

Whilst playing dozens on live roulette, I started betting on a dozen that had been missed 12 times in a row. It kept missing so I was increasing my bet to compensate. On the 17th try, the dozen was right but my bet was DECLINED, due to a technical error. Coincidence or not, this resulted in my losing money. Awaiting official reply for my case.

That being said, I am waiting to hear from the casino about it, so if it gets resolved, I will withdraw the bad review. Just be aware, if you are planning on using their live roulette, there can be 'technical errors' resulting in your bets being rejected.

This is officially the worst online casino I have ever used and I'm registered with over 15 other casinos. The scammers make you wager what ever money you deposit. For example if you deposit £100 you must gamble the whole £100 before a withdrawal will be granted. Therefore if you deposit £100 and only decide to play with £50 good luck in withdrawing your £50 left over money. But it's OK because they will just reply with it is in the terms and conditions. Any positive reviews given on here must be fake. Oh and even if you do finally get to actually withdraw your money, you will have to wait 3 days in order to receive it. This takes the casinos take your money to the next level.

My fourth review. Please stay away they are a scam. They have confiscated my money even though they said I was verified. They are saying I breached their terms and conditions by creating a duplicate account but won’t prove it. Absolutely disgraceful. I have now gone to ADR. Stay away!

Exactly the same thing happened to me ,my winnings was approved and completed by the casino on the 22/10/2021 and then I was told after I enquired why I had not received my winnings that there was a problem with the payment provider, I have since had to upload documents and still have not been paid my winnings, all they keep saying is please be patient.absolute discraceful

Have a withdrawal from this site, that they claim went through on the 20th of October. I didn’t receive the money; and have proved it via bank statements; and all I get told is to wait whilst they check with their payment provider. Isn’t my fault that they have issues with this, yet I’m told to wait, and provided with no time frame.

I find this site superior to all other online gaming options due to the vast number of games and easy navigation. The responsible gaming tab actually keeps track of where you are daily unlike other online sites where you set a gaming limit and have to keep track of it manually. If you use various sites then this requirement is quite aggravating but on this site it is all easily set up for you. I found the cashing out very easy and fast and the reps very helpful. My only complaint is that I keep getting told I can withdraw my cash to Visa credit card in Canada and that money-laundering rules require they refund to my card. Unfortunately it is apparently not possible to execute that despite every customer rep telling me it is. Despite that I found the site really fun and was able to withdraw to my bank account which isn't ideal for security purposes but was still processed smoothly. This is shaping up to be the worst online casino experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had to jump through hoops verifying my identity in the past at multiple casinos.. always got my withdrawal amount in full. This is uncanny.
