Really great experience
I signed up for EngagementBoost last December. When I was unable to connect my account properly, one of the staff members arranged a phone call with me and walked me through it step by step on the phone. The instructions were really clear and the staff person was friendly. My personal account manager also reached out to me a few weeks later and personalised my targeting for me. As a business owner in Australia, they were really attentive to my needs and researched similar businesses in my area. They did all this free of any extra charge to the service.

Great Results and Customer Service
My experience with Engagement Boost was extremely pleasant. The customer service was not only supportive but quick as all my emails were replied to within 24 hours. My Instagram account has been growing significantly for a few months now and since signing up, the business for my online store has increased like crazy. Don't do it. Seriously, don't do it, girl!
Did the trial, asked to cancel but I was past the cancel date so I was charged - OK, acceptable. However, they ended up cancelling any 'work' they were doing on my account but still charged me for the month. Went back and forth with them for over a week to get someone to work on my account and they have logged into IG to 'engage' once in over two weeks. Total scam, they just follow random people. I have been putting in extra work on IG during this time, so my following grew, but not because of them. Also, trying to set up on their platform is a pain, so glitchy and slooooow. And finally, IG now thinks I am in Serbia, because of their login location, and now my feed is filled with non-related ads. Boooo!

1. When you cancel your account with us, you are removed from the system immediately, regardless of how much time you have remaining as per our terms of service. For this reason, we recommend cancelling at the end of your month so you can experience growth in the remaining time you paid for. We do not currently offer scheduled cancellations (as they are hard to track) but it is a feature we are working on implementing.
2. We do not follow "random people" to grow your account. We follow users who follow the targets that YOU SELECT. Additionally, we also use fake follower detection to ensure that we only interact with real, targeted, genuine users and not fake accounts. This builds you a far more engaged following than doing it yourself by hand.
3. If you prefer to spend hours per day growing your following by hand, then EngagementBoost is not the platform for you. We are developed for clients who want to save time by using us to grow their account at an affordable price - agencies charge thousands of dollars per month to do this process manually and most of our clients are too busy to do it themselves.

5. Furthermore, IG does not think you are in Serbia because of our platform and Instagram ads are completely separate to EngagementBoost - there is nothing truthful about what you said here. They kept spamming me even after a disastrous attempt to offer to help grow followers. Their response was slow and they refused to refund a debit for a subscription service that I never used. Their subsequent response is not accurate ..its their standard reply.
I reiterate that would not trust them.

1. Unfortunately, whether you use our service or not, if you do not let us know you would like to cancel, you will be automatically billed after your free trial. We state on the checkout page that "you will be charged after 7 days." Every subscription based company works like this (including the biggest brands in the World).
2. It does incur a high cost on our team and significant time actually setting up your account after your free trial. The process involves loading in your targets, connecting you on the back-end and preparing you for the next month. If you choose not to connect your account and use the platform after your free trial and don't cancel your account, we still incur these costs, regardless if you're using it or not. This is why it is important that you let us know if you would like to cancel during your 7-day trial period, especially if you don't intend on using EngagementBoost.
3. We reached out to you many times to connect your account through email, DM and SMS. We respond to all emails within 24 hours, however there can be slight delays on Sundays as we have less staff on those days.

It’s a fully functional platform for growing your account. I’ve tried it but I felt like I was not getting back the value promised (gained 600 followers instead of over thousands that were promised) and the platform had more downtime than I expected — which was nor properly addressed from their end. Guys are great at sales, but once you’re on board, they become more passive.
Overall, I suggest it, if you’re ready to be patient, while spending a lot of money and time on going back and fourth with them.
