Site seems closed down. It has been impossible to order for months and they do not answer emails. Tavi Castro and Yanita Yancheva keep posting photos from their eternal vacations but do not answer customers' emails

I tried ordering from Engineered-Life and it was pretty disappointing. My order took forever, and then when I got it - the clothes didn't match the quality that was shown online. I reached out to their customer service hoping for help or a refund - but I got little to no response, or generic messages that didn't solve anything. For what I paid, I expected better quality and support. Based on my experience, I wouldn't order from them again.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a month ago now and haven't received my items. I've contacted them via email and through there website and I've had no response. I'm worried that this so called company is a scam! Please do avoid at all cost

So, I’ve made an order with delivery to current location and it happened that warehouse cannot deliver there. My order was pending for delivery for 12 days till I could get to the internet and ask about it.

And, in spite of simple refund, we’ve managed through some possible solutions and 5 days later, on Sut! my order was shipped!!! Excellent communication, 100% customer oriented.
Waiting for my order to arrive.

I had ordered a pair of joggers that ripped only a month after the purchase. I contacted customer support and very quickly got response and they sent a new pair within a few days. I will be shopping from them again! 😊

Good quality of fabric and comfortable to wear. Without the massive discounts that are often available, I think it's too expensive.
Because of that I will give 4 out of 5.

I have ordered something two months ago and all they have done is promises to send the items and nothing back and forward 31 emails no simple solution. I liked the brand few years ago now is complete on a different level of bad customer service.

The clothing is high quality and comfortable to wear. One item didn't fit and I sent it back. It went without a hitch and the customer service was very courteous and responded quickly. Many thanks for that!

I must admit that customer service at BE is the best. They stand on their toes to solve your problem. The contact is super fast and they keep you informed about every step of the solution process. Keep up the good work. A little tip for customers - dont hesistate to bother them! Better ask and describe your problem than keep being frustrated.

Ordered wrong size in clothes but good service from BE so they changed clothes and sizes same day. Easy peasy🙏🏻
