Ordered a leather handbag offered on…

Ordered a leather handbag offered on Facebook and. Item was half price as company was going out of business. This was all part of the scam. The item was ordered in good faith from a Melbourne, Australia website for 39.95. my credit card was debited 66 USD. Red flag now. Received an email with username and password on enough maker.com who retail electronics online. Another red flag. Too frightened to follow link to enoughmaker. Loaded site and started chat with Erica. Very vague when answering my questions in fact avoided most.

I contacted my bank cancelled my credit card. This transaction is now under review. The 7 days later I had 77.09USD debited from my card. How did they get that when a real supplier like HCF was refused payment?

This whole scenario is very stressful. After 10 emails back and forth the handbag is in transit through AusPost even when I said I did not want it. They do not do refunds, however on the original website a 30 day refund was offered with no questions asked.

I have seen many others fall for this scam on Facebook ads with differing websites.

BTW no gov tax deduction taken. So I guess the ATO would also be interested.

No refund for unrequested subscription or size change from enoughmaker

Update: after many hours on live chat, they've said they will refund, so will wait to see.
Original post:
Wrong size came from enoughmaker. No email confirmation of order anywhere... Contacted to ask for larger size. Say won't do. Asked company name I ordered through, says uk. Also got scammed for a subs fee which I didn't request. No refunds available they say. Will be contacting ombudsman re this ripoff. Very evasive contact.

Total fraud

Totally fraud website. Had bought a black hoodie with pants from another site and was re-directed to enoughmaker.com just after the payment (first suspect was... why?. Then Enoughmaker declares to have received the payment for a subscription that - of course - has never been asked. Please keep away from that website and hope authority will have a check.
