I have contacted enpass for a support about the recovery of old data. I received the answer to my question very quickly and I solved the problem. Great experience.

I've been using Roboform for the last 10 years or so, but after my pws were saved in their cloud, against my will and against their promises, I had to look around for alternatives and found Enpass. Enpass is brilliant, even if you use their free version. Everything is saved on your computer and works smoothly. I'm actually pretty amazed at what you get for absolutely nothing. Plan on using this for many years to come, even if I have to pay for it one day. However, if that day comes, I sincerely hope to be able to buy a license and not a yearly recurring option. Anyway, really great password- generator and keeper. :)

Great assistance with what turned out to be an “iCloud” issue. I emailed about my issue and Gulshan Dogra addressed them quickly

Due to circomstances I was forced to change my e-mail address recently.
Because of that I had to change the e-mail address related to my lifetime Enpass license. No problem for Enpass support. They helped me to prove my ownership and were helpfull in the changeover.

I don't remember how I discover for myself this great product. But when I first found it I decided to try. Because it's very difficult to remember every password from each account. But to use simple passwords or one password for different internet accounts is not safe. And I was surprised. It's turned out very powerful and useful product! And I decided to buy it. So I'm very grateful to developers for such a cool product as Enpass. I really recommend Enpass!

a very simple system, all passwords available on smartphone and PC. high standard of security and access with fingerprint. I have been using it for 4 years.

I had to change my registered email address to keep the pro version. Totally easy thanks to enpass support. Back up and running.

I bought the Enpass lifetime license, and I am satisfied with the product, as well the customer support. I recently had a minor problem, but with the fast responding customer support it was solved quickly. The solution provided helped me to fix the minor problem. I am happy with the decision to buy and use Enpass, which syncs easily with my devices.

Clunky software which doesn't work very well, or not at all. Disappointing to say the least having spent ages getting all my passwords moved over. Support is very slow.

Great product and customer service

I am using Enpass as my main password manager since Jan 2016. I use it on macOS, Android, Chrome and Safari Extensions. For all this time I contacted support only twice and received fast and competent response.
