I ordered the goods on Friday and they arrived Saturday morning. Good to see somebody cares about customer service. My overall rating - first class.

Good price airmail envelopes. Arrived quickly.

I was unhappy when I first received my order as the wrong size cello bags had been sent. However a quick email to Jackie in customer services put the problem right and I have now received the correct cello bags without any fuss.

First time I have ordered anything from this company. No problem with ordering, paying, or ringing up to ask about delivery timing. I ordered on Wednesday morning and received the parcel early Friday afternoon, and I suppose I thought it would arrive anytime on the Thursday, so I rang on the Friday at 8.15am to ask. It all worked out fine for me, but next time I would pay extra for a timed courier delivery (next day before noon) as then I would have a more specific time to be in to receive a parcel.
Minor quibble was that the box of 400 envelopes got bashed on one side, so approx 50 envelopes were a bit dented. Again, no problem as I only needed 300.
I would certainly use World of Envelopes again. 4 stars.

Found just the exact envelope I had in mind, to fit our awkwardly-shaped invitation cards. Great quality, elegant products and arrived quite swiftly by Royal Mail 1st Class.

I recently placed a second order with World of Envelopes. I don't use a huge amount of stationery as much of my client communication is by email. However, when I do sent out correspondence & promotional literature it is important to (a) reflect my "corporate" brand and (b) grab attention. So I like to have bright green envelopes which match my logo etc.

All the other suppliers I looked at were either so expensive that I couldn't afford them, or they had minimum order requirements which meant buying 000's. So when I found World of Envelopes website I couldn't have been more delighted. The prices were very reasonable and I could order small amounts. I was so pleased with my first order that when I needed to re-order recently I didn't hesitate to go to them again - I didn't even bother to look elsewhere.

I placed my order on Friday morning and the envelopes arrived on Monday morning at 9.30am. I really couldn't ask for more. I will continue to use them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I bought some mint green envelopes for our wedding invitations. They were so well wrapped and came very quickly and have a nice self adhesive strip so that we don't have to lick them all!

As a card maker, I often end up making cards that don't quite fit the usual standard envelopes, so until I discovered World of Envelopes I used to have to make my own.
However, I can always seem to find whatever I need on their web site. The range of envelope sizes, colours, styles, etc., are second to none, and the speedy delivery is another plus. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
