Quality good, response time not so good
The envelopes were lovely, good colour and quality however delivery instructions advised 2-3 working days, unfortunately the envelopes did not arrive till the 4th working day by which point it was too late to use them as they were too late for the timescales of the communication that they were ordered for.
There are other sites which have much more prompt delivery so this might be a factor worth considering.

Great site - Fast postage - nice envelopes
Great site. Requested some samples initially which were very good. Then ordered a batch of envelopes for invites. Were posted out quickly, well packaged and spot on. Happy to order from again.

Excellent customer service
The envelopes I purchased were very reasonably priced (even though they are an unusual size), available in small numbers (not always the case), excellent quality and arrived within just a few days.

Great product and quickly delivered but slightly hard to work out what I wanted to buy - i.e. would be good if descriptions said something like 'would fit A3 pad of thickness 10cm' or something similar so it's more practically measurable.

Slightly dissappointed
Sorry, but it was probably my fault. I had previously purchased some 'CD' size envelopes, and ordered what I thought I had bought before. Unfortunately, those that arrived were significantly thinner and so now I need to source a supplier of stiff card/board to go inside the envelopes to strengthen them. Any ideas?
