Good service
I have been looking for some twist shaped low costing bulbs for my house to help combat seasonal affective disorder. I contacted enviro-lights for some advice and they recommended a small selection of daylight lighting for me. I placed the order over the phone and they arrived two days later, well packed and in good working order. Will certainly be looking to this company for future orders of other lights.

Next Day Delivery
I ordered 2 lots of 10 fibre optic bulbs for my various Christmas Decorations and they arrived the next day having ordered at just after 3 on Monday. Not sure on the aftercare but can't fault the despatch times and prices (for me anyway)

Rubbish Service
Bulbs ordered & paid for but not received. Emails bounce back as their system too full to accept anymore (complaints?) and phone permanently on answer machine. Did manage to get a human on the phone once and have never heard from them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Prompt refund
I ordered a bulk order of the wrong light bulbs from EnviroLights, this was entirely my fault for not checking the product number carefully enough - a couple of emails sorted the problem and I got a refund, plus re-ordered the correct lights which turned up promptly.

Bad Customer Service
I've been sending email enquiries to this company for a month in regard to one of their products, but they appear to have chosen to ignore me. I won't be bothering again and will simply take my custom elsewhere.
If a company won't respond to a simple product enquiry then just imagine their attitude towards a customer who had a problem.
