Thus company is fooling for customers, taking money for a month and later telling after 1 month again another one month and keepingvthe customers money blocked. Straight away not telling but keeping 1 to two months money with them and in refund but say will give another bulbs. Everyone who want to buy buy somewhere else don't trust this website or this shop these people are fooling the customers they say such a way that you insist to pay and date passed the day than they send mail that it will come next month that also after 30 days. So please don't buy it.

Someone fitted an aftermarket ballast kit on the car that I have, didn't know where to start. Found this company online, exchanged a few emails with pictures. Popped down there Kim was amazing full of knowledge and help, adided by Ash, together they pointed me in the right direction, got the correct ballast from them hey presto problem sorted. I cannot thank enough, the amount of time and effort into helping myself, don't be foolish & go anywhere else only place to go fantastic service!!!!

Purchased some lights from HIDS4U Had couple of small problems after a quick chat on the phone everything is being sorted, they are very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble I highly recommend this company

I order Hid H1 kit on 2nd of February but realised it was the wrong ones I order, so I contacted the company on the 3rd of February to cancel order they ask if I wanted to swap which I said no I would like a refund of £79.95, plus I needed them for my mot which I order from a reliable supplier the delivery date move from day of purchase so now they are kicking the can down the road and payment still hasn’t reached my PayPal account, I have now open a case against this terrible company service I will never purchase anything from this 1 start company again

when you purchase from hids4u and purchasing a hid kit it asks for car make and model. now for the price there charging for the kit almost £100 compared to amazon for £30 you would of thought you could fit the kit with no problem, but no theres not even any adapters in the kit to fit them, 3 weeks on and im still trying to find an adapter that works, which again ive spent another £40 on adapters. i phoned up hids4u and had a young girl on the phone and im trying to explain that my original bulbs uses the part on my car that has the wires in to hold the bulb in so shes telling me i have to buy an adapter on there site that ive already tried which didnt work so wasnt much help. my conclusion is that it only asks what car it is so they know its a h7 or h1 etc etc, so its not actually a kit that your getting, HIDS4U might argue this point but how can it be a complete kit if it dont fit your car without the proper adapters to fit them, so you may as well purchase a £30 kit off amazon with no adapters as i believe its all chinese anyway even HIDS4U kits. my point is also is there even any adapters that will make this half of kit even work .

I ordered two HID kits for two different vehicles. When I came to fit the first kit I had problems getting the connectors to fit to the existing wiring. Over the course of a couple of to and fro emails and a phone call, HIDS4U customer service solved the problem and I was up and running. When I came to fit the kit to the second vehicle I found that I had ordered the wrong bulbs due to a) HIDS4U website wrongly specifying that they were the correct bulbs and b) to me taking their website as correct and not checking with my handbook. Another email and it was sorted. I returned the incorrect kit, at no cost to me, and received the correct one very quickly.
Overall a reasonably good experience marred only by the incorrect website information. Moral of the story - check that you are ordering the correct kit for your car. Finally I wonder how long it will take for them to correct the information on their site?

Get email from seller that my item it's not in stock and they send my order in 2 week time. My car can't drive for 2 week without lights. When I asked for cancellation my order and refund lady said I will get it in one week time 😂 avoid that company

Fast dispatch and delivery. However my "direct, plug-and-play HID replacements" need additional parts to function in my car. This is not stated anywhere on the product page.

Further more, after taking the front bumper, grill and headlight housings off my car that was machine polished and ceramic coated that very day, to install just bulbs, I was advised on the phone that I cannot install them properly because all the required kit wasn't provided. I need to purchase modified bulb holders that are infact listed under 'Conversion kit replacement parts'

Not only was it not mentioned anywhere when purchasing that I need more items for correct fitting, the additional item needed is a 'replacement part'! Who needs replacement parts for a brand new conversion kit? Seems a bit dodgy to me.

I've now gotten my paint that was absolutely mint covered in smudges becuase this didn't fit properly, but this is sort of to be expected when installing non oem kit... however I've also had to pay £12 for next day delivery where I should of payed only £6 and also I am 4 days post delivery on an easy to install product that still is not installed, this is what has slightly annoyed me to say the least

BEWARE ILLIGAL GOODS ON SALE
I wanted to return these goods under their “free returns with our tracked returns service” reason:-
Section 42 of the RTA makes it an offence to contravene any regulations made under section 41, so using a vehicle with lighting that doesn't meet the RVLR requirements is an offence under UK law. HID lamps do NOT meet the requirements of RVLR in several respects, so using them on UK roads is an offence under S42 of the RTA
I have doubled checked your web page advertising this kit and nowhere does it state that the kit is no road legal.
Also when I spoke to your member of staff on the phone he advised me to hide the installation in the headlight enclosure so it could not be detected at MOT (unhelpful if not illegal advice).
When I advised him that my E350 did not have room to hide the equipment inside the headlight enclosure due to it having an igniter, ballast unit and wiring he stated that the kit should not include an igniter, not only that but he advised me to remove the unit prior to MOT and then to refit it.
Not only is the installation of the kit illegal it most probability will invalidate my insurance should I make a claim and it is found by the claim’s investigator.
Your website advertises “free returns with our tracked returns service” but the member of staff on the phone advised me I am liable for all return postage costs.
So as well as selling me an illegal part they made me paid £4.20 to return it.
ABD will say that it clearly states in the online advertisement that the item is not road legal, but this fact is hidden in the small print in specifications and nowhere in the main body of the advertisement. More reliable and trustworthy dealers will state in the main body of the advertisement tat the item is NOT legal and road worthy.

Excellent product and +++++ for amazing customer service. I ordered a 55W xenon conversion kit for my Qashqai. Installation was simple and straightforward. I few days later I noticed that the O/S headlight was not coming on at startup but if I turned the lights off then on both lit up OK. I swapped the Ballast units over to the opposite sides but the O/s continued the same problem with the Ballast units that were working ok on the other side. I phone HIDS4U customer service and was advised the problem sounded like it was my car not able to give the additional power needed to start up the 55W units and gave me two options. Replace the decoder units on the new lights or probably best to replace the 55W units with 35W units. I chose the 35W units but I was a bit apprehensive that I would not have the same brightness of headlights. The original units were returned to HIDS4U at their cost and replacement units sent express delivery to me. The 35W units have been fitted and appear to be working perfectly and I do not notice any difference in the brightness of the 35W units from the 55W ones returned. Thank you HDIS4U for a very efficient diagnosis and very prompt solution to the problem I had (which was down to the vehicle and not the lights). I also thank you for a refund of the price difference. It makes a change in this day and age to deal with a company who claim "customer service" is the priority and to find by experience that they really mean it. Nothing was too much trouble when I phoned them with the problem I had. Thanks again Guys.

Fast shipping considering I ordered over the Christmas period. When I rang for an update the staff were pleasant on the phone and I was left feeling at ease. The HID conversion kit was easy to fit myself (not mechanically minded) and the lights work well. Only a couple of issues was that the hole I needed to drill in my dust cover for the light was needed a bit bigger than the instruction manual stated and the kit didn’t come with the sticky pads to secure the ballast or cable ties to secure the wiring, like the hids4u website states and the official videos on YouTube show. Both not massive issues however so all in all a good experience from start to finish.

Placed order for bulbs on 7/11/20. Still not delivered by 17/11/20 and no one has responded to my email asking if the goods have been issued. Poor customer service. Don’t use them if you need anything urgently. I now have to source bulbs from elsewhere and then try to recover my money from them.

Review on: H7 HIDS4U Stealth 55W Xenon HID Conversion Kit.
I fitted this kit to my BMW F10 535D 2012, it was pretty much straightforward, 90% is simply plug and play, there are two spade connectors on either side, theses need to be pushed into the black plastic bulb connector housing, so the time came when i had to switch on the lights, to my shock the bulbs lit and went off, then after 4 secs, came back on again , this cycle of 'on and off' repeated itself three times, then they eventually went off and stayed off. I couldn't understand what was going on , so I rang help desk at HIDS4U, and a very helpful Pete answered the phone and basically told me I have two options, downgrade to 35W ballast or fit a Xenon HID Special Wiring Single Beam Relay Harness. A Relay Wire Harness is capable of fixing a variety of power related HID lighting issues i.e. intermittent on/off, flickering, delayed start, HID low light output, and uneven brightness. I opted for the Relay Harness, that arrived in the post and again it was a plug and play job, now the lights stay on and WOW am I surprised how the road is lit up, i never got this light intensity from stock H7 Halogen, well its money well spent and I am happy that everything went well apart from the odd hiccup. this kit is definitely worth purchasing, you will not be disappointed.

Recently bought a kit for my Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Wow! What a difference. Highly recommend it. Easy to install And very good quality.

Just had to replace a kit I bought in 2009, that's 10 years. Not sure if it was a bulb or ballast, but don't really care. A fresh complete set will last another 10 years. Forget all the cheap tat from those online auction type places, go to a UK based company that clearly puts an emphasis on testing, real world application and build quality.

Used this company since 2009, superb and helpful customer service and technical knowledge.

Have to say completely surprised on how robust these lights have been only now have had to come and replace my HID bulbs on the vehicle after 10 years of having the kit installed. Totally exceeded my exceptions in reliability.

Highly recommend do not go elsewhere, why go for cheaper alternatives. Use HIDS4U.

I have bought Xenon HIR2/9012 55W bulbs for my Toyota Auris 2014.
My conclusion "I can see now" I am testing those for about 2 months already, I am very happy, I will never figure out how can car producers fit in to the car only pair of HIR2 bulbs, no visibility on countryside roads during night. I am very happy with service (delivery to Estonia) and help of HID4U Ltd. I fully recommend.

Was a little nervous as I'd never heard of HIDs4u, and there are a few poor reviews. However, ordered some Xenon bulbs for my truck, and could not be happier with both product and service!
Bulbs came within a couple of days, and no sur-charge for living in the Highlands which is always a big one for me (I generally don't buy from those who charge extra)!
