I received very good advice from you staff, and the headlights were delivered within the time scales quoted.

I spoke to a member of staff online and they were really helpful and shared the link to the exact product I was after. After ordering I was kept up to date with the progress of my purchase and it was delivered in no time. Product was exactly as described and fitting perfectly into my car. The lights look great and I am really happy with the service from hids4u.

Will definitely be ordering from them again if they have a product I need. :)

Went for hid4u own brand 6000k d2s which I love. Work much better than the aging OEM ones which they replaced.

i got the wrong kit for my caddy van due to a variant volkswagen made the staff gave me a free post return and sent out the correct kit with no additional charge .

You can trust this company 100%. Quality made products. Staff go out of their way to help and are very clued up on what they sell. I bought 2 ultimate hid kits and halo lcds for my BMW e60.fitted very easily and confident they will not give me any problems. Could have bought cheaper kits but they just don't have the build quality.

Ordered said above kit from HIDS4U and received the product very quickly. Everyone who saw the kit before it was installed was very impressed about the packaging and the quality of the product.
Installed the kit in a matter of hours but due to the age of my car and how the manufacturer had originally installed the lights meant I had to cut away some parts and hardwire the ballast into a 12v feed meaning removal of the kits plugs.
No fault to do with the kit or HIDS4U but once everything was complete it was a case of realigning the lights and happy days onwards. Very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone.

excellent quality of components,during the ordering process I found I needed additional components a phone call to HIDS4U and the order was changed there and then without any fuss and two days later my order arrived with the additional parts included thanks for the prompt service.

Well worth using if you want to purchase car bulbs

So I bought some bulbs, all suitable bar some fog lamps, not as I expected, not fault of HIDS4U I stress. after talking to a very helpful and friendly lady, agreed that i would return and alternative bulb would be supplied. I posted back, they post out replacement, small difference in cost absorbed by HIDS4U. Great customer service and fast. I cannot praise enough in these days of calls centers and unhelpful profit hungry companies. Thanks HIDS4U will certainly recommend you and be a customer again.

Like most people over 60 the nightmare of ordering the right part is a bit of a nightmare and usually if there are 2 choices you make the wrong one. HIDS4U have an excellent customer service dept- products I have wrongly ordered have been speedily exchanged and desperate pleas for advice are always efficiently dealt with.
I would recommend anyone to use this company

Ordered a main beam upgrade as my vehicle already had factory fit dipped xenon. I called the customer services and was promised that as soon as the item was in stock they would call me. No call was ever received. I did ask why i could not pre-order? Apparently they don't do that. The item was always out of stock but i continued to check the website for stock. I had to wait weeks for it to arrive. I had it fitted by a professional auto electrician who remarked that it was a pain to fit. This was primarily the bulb fittings were rough and poor quality. The 'digital ballasts' supplied are cheap rubbish. They take an eternity to reach capacity resulting in the lights not becoming fully illuminated for at least 10-15 seconds. At 70 mph that is useless. The supplied bulbs have an uneven glare and look aftermarket. I inquired into whether these could be swapped for a high quality blub - big NO on that as they use a non xenon blub fitting. In retrospect i would not have had these fitted. They are not fit for purpose. I, like many others, would welcome and pay a supplier with top quality items, not this cheap copy.
