Do not use on BMWs caused damaged to a control unit on myn. Staff don't know what there doing and the owner hasn't got a clue either. Should not be sold as error free. Staff rude when pointed out that there wrong

I was expecting a nicely packaged, premium product with everything I'd need. What I got was an anonymous cardboard box with a letter blaming a faulty batch of packaging; there were no instructions and i also thought I'd get sticky pads and maybe even a few cable ties according to their You Tube video.

Installation was fairly straight forward and for someone reasonably competent, it's fairly obvious how it all goes together. However, i did have to make a trip in to town to buy adhesive pads to secure the ballasts: luckily I have plenty of cable ties knocking about. Also sent were some metal clips - I have no idea what these are for as the bulb seems to fit securely, straight in to the old H7 holder

The kit was only fitted today (so too soon to comment on longevity) and I am pleased - the H7R lamps work well with my car's existing reflector lens and there's no obvious scatter. It all looks good quality stuff, just a shame about the sloppy service.

Very impressed with the HID kit (H7 55w Ultimate Xenon HID Conversion Kit) that I purchased from HIDS4u.

I did send one query and got a response the next day so I am also very impressed with the Service received.

The item arrived quickly and was exactly as described, literally plug and play and it is easy to see that the product is a quality item!

Highly recommend this company. I first bought a kit from Hids direct which didn't work and returned for a refund. Maybe just unlucky but said nothing they could do to help with my car. Decided to look at HIDS4U and order one of their kits. You do pay a bit more but when I got the kit I could tell straight away that the kit had a far more premium look and feel to it. Fitted without any issue and worked first time. The kit has made a huge difference to the light output and overall look of the car. Spoke with customer service prior to ordering and agree with the other reviewers that they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I went in today after suffering through many cheap ebay ballasts and bulbs. I was a little apprehensive that this was going to be another disappointment but I was pleasantly surprised.

Don't waste your money on ebay kit, just buy straight from these guys.

The staff were more than happy to help, and the lady who was the expert there showed me her own HID conversion to compare against my own ebay kit. After speaking to her and taking her recommendations we switched the bulb out - which made a huge difference. If I had to quantify it I would say 3x brighter than my ebay HID or halogen (Osram Nightbreaker). There was still a bit of a flicker with my ebay ballast (Luminis G4 35w) so I picked up one of their slim ballasts (35w as recommended) too as the price was good. Again, I was apprehensive - it looked the same as some of the ballasts I had bought from ebay. Not to worry as the ballast fired up promptly and had the bulb up to working temperature quickly and at the right colour and brightness (5000k).

I'm journeying home safely, with well adjusted and properly fitted HIDs - they illuminate the road much better and the cutoff is crisp and clean. Thank you HIDS4U!

I've installed HIDS4U kits on two cars and a motorbike. Selecting the right kit is easy as is installation. Without a doubt the improvement in night-time visibility is considerable. The site also explains the colour temperatures and effect on colour and luminescent. However, the ballast unit on my last purchase went after 2 years and 11 months. As they make such a big thing about not buying cheap Chinese HID units (and charge a premium price I wrote to their customer service. I wasn't expecting a free replacement but maybe a +10% discount of a replacement ballast unit. No such luck. So I did some research for alternatives. A ballast unit for me was £30 and I found "HID Xenon Warehouse" and got an entire kit for just under £30 and a 2-year warranty. Components are made in Germany. A little more complicated to in stall (not much), but otherwise identical (55W, 5000k, No Canbus error). A HIDS4U kit at circa £140 is poor value.

I purchased a HID headlight conversion for a BMW 1200GS, on inspection of the kit I noticed 1 of the high voltage connectors from the bulb was broken, I contacted customer service and spoke to a lady called Rebecca, who was very understanding and apologetic, and assured me that she would send a new bulb unit first class post as soon as stock was available.
Unit is now fitted and working brilliant with no bulb warnings from the Canbus system.
Reason for 4 star rating was poor quality control to allow a broken high voltage lead to be sent out, but this was balanced up by attitude of Rebecca in customer service.
I would recommend product and company.

All in all this is a good product and really makes a difference to the look of the car, I had some issues with the kit to start with which resulted in the lights stopping working and them being sent back, Staff dealt with the issues very professionally and were incredibly helpful, return postage was paid for in advance the kit was tested faulted components replaced and sent back on express delivery 2-3 days later.

Ordered a couple of 'Endurance' H1 headlamp bulbs with a 4year guarantee- fed up with replacing them every year- a tricky operation. Happy if these do what it says on the tin!

I ordered the H4 complete HID kit, which arrived when I was expecting and was fantastic. Unfortunately there was a piece missing from the kit which was disappointing. I emailed to ask about the missing part and didn't recieve a reply so called up instead. I can't rember who I spoke to on the phone (sorry) but they were fantastic and the missing part was on my doorstep the following morning.
When I came to fit the kit, the instructions where OK mostly but the quality of the product is fantastic! I was fitting my set and a friend of mine was fitting a cheaper product at the same time to his car. You could tell the difference immediately. There are cheaper kits out there, but you get what you pay for and these are the best around. Highly reccomended!
My HIDs work brilliantly and are so much brighter and clearer that the standard bulbs. The cheaper set my friend fitted are already broken and of such poor quality. Mine are still amazing.
