Update or follow up
I understand it was the holiday season when ordered, but only 1 of the 2 pieces ordered showed up, no emails or tracking info. I am looking for an update currently.

Our apologies for not being able to ship the order complete. The tracking that was emailed today is for the second item you had ordered making the order complete.

I placed this order with the specific direction that we needed the product by a certain date. The product did not arrive on the date that we had to have it and I was given no heads up that it would be late. I also was not provided a tracking number until I called asking why we had not received the product yet. This is very disappointing and bad communication.

Long wait for product and no communication
I have not yet received the products I ordered, but I placed the order just about a month ago. I called two weeks ago asking about the status of my order when I was told they will speak to the manufacturing/shipping department to inquire about the status and get back to me. I was never contacted again and only found out the status of my order by calling multiple times after. Come to find out one of the products was on back order. I was not informed of this at all, and it would have been VERY appreciated to be told about that. I would have found another source to place my order. Waiting a month to get my products shipped out with no communication about it taking that long was disappointing to say the least.
