Material was awesome, colors were great and shirt was extremely comfortable

I ordered 4 polo shirts, same style, different colors.
They came in a reasonable amount of time, around a week.
The shirts are alright - they are comfortable and fairly stylish. I would say I expected a bit higher quality out of them; the material is very thin and doesn't feel like it will survive more than a season or 2.
I have other polo shirts that are better made and didn't cost a whole lot more.
Because of this, I wouldn't purchase from them again. But you do get what you ordered and the service is fine.

I'm based in NZ & took a punt on some shorts (which look great) but unfortunately, I got the sizing wrong.
I contacted the Enzo Cavalli support team to process a return & they were super helpful which is a lot more than can be said for other online retailers I've previously dealt with.

Product matches the description and of good quality

The sweaters are very nice, with a modern and stylish look. The fit is great—if you have a standard body type, these will look exactly as expected. I saw another review claiming they don’t match the pictures, but that’s simply not true. In my experience, they look exactly like what Enzo Cavalli shows. Very satisfied with the purchase.

This is my first purchase from Enzo Cavalli but certainly will not be my last. The polo shirt is impressive. Great quality and fantastic design. Fits like a glove!

Good service and good product

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts but accidentally ordered the wrong size , I messaged the customer service team and they altered my order before sending the size I wanted out, the delivery was quick and the quality of the shorts are great.

I ordered two polo shirts from EC, I carefully checked the sizing chart on their website, checked them against other polo shirts that I have and was confident I ordered the correct size. They were woefully under sized, the quality of the material was not what I was expecting and as for being crease free, there were creases from being in the packaging. Returning the items was painful, but eventually they agreed to accept the items, I had to pay for shipping and I did get a refund. Avoid this company, the products are not as described, the Facebook reviews are obviously fake, paid for (topical) as these items are not 'great' I don't 'love them' and definitely will not be ordering another four for playing golf! Caveat emptor, NOT RECOMMENDED

Items feel and look great, the fit is perfect (good sizing), really pleased with them, worth every penny.

Great product. Looks good and super soft feel. Looks as if it will be easy care although not washed and dried yet.

The tracking system told me that it was expected to arrive on Monday but didn’t arrive until two days later. I understood that it was going to take longer coming to Canada but how did the tracking system get it wrong?
Besides that, the shirts and shorts are wonderful! Love the light fabric!

Excellent product, feels well made light and comfortable

The service received was excellent. My initial item was too small and the help and customer service to rectify the issue was fantastic. I definitely recommend.

I like the shirts, they are very nice. My only problem is that the sleeves are a little short for an X-Large shirt.
