Fantastic service & extra helpful!

Bought a backpack at the last minute to travel the next day.

They called me back after I left a message, handled my order promptly and helped with express delivery.

Sajid was particularly helpful in explaining my options and emailed me personally once the item was shipped and gave an expected delivery slot, due to my tight time constraints.

Item arrived perfectly as described, well in time for my flight.

Great service from this retailer

Great service from this retailer, my first choice of bag was out of stock so not only did I get an email, but a personal call advising me of my options. The bag arrived well within the quoted despatch and delivery times which was great as it was a gift. My friend is delighted with it.

Prompt delivery and product was as expected. Very reasonable prices during their back to school sale! Had to talk to customer service about a delivery confusion and they were very quick to respond and helpful.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, essentially a total lack of any customer service at all. I paid for next day delivery but only half of my order turned up several days later. The rest of it turned up after 2 more days. I tried calling and emailing several times, zilch. I would like a refund for the extra postage fees, as I didn't get what I paid for. Don't bother with the facebook 'like' to get a discount, as the reply about this was days later too.

Due to Covid-19 we could not guarantee a next day service. An update from our main couriers, Royalmail, Parcel force and DHL. This is been stated on our website.
