Arnold was very informative and friendly, and turned up as arranged. Seemed very thorough was easy to deal with from booking through to receiving the EPC report just 15 minutes after he had finished the appointment.

Arnold called up within an hour of me getting a quote online and was really pleasant. He came the next day and provided our uploaded .gov EPC certificate within 15 minutes of completing the assessment. A true gent and would highly recommend using EPC Green.

I would highly recommend EPC Green. They charged a flat rate which was cheaper than any other company in my area. There was no upfront fee either. The communication in advance and on the day was excellent. Arnold called ahead to confirm his ETA which was great service. Arnold was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He showed great respect for us and carried out the job quickly and very efficiently without us having to give much input. Top rate service, many thanks Arnold.
