The website provides false information in relation to delivery and the customer service is appalling/non existent! I have contacted the company through email and live chat atleast half a dozen times to enquire about my order and have not received a single response! No way of contacting the company by phone and no registered company details on companies house! Now to approach Visa for a refund and to find an alternative 40th birthday gift - all unnecessary stress!!

I ordered a canvas in Mid-March. Despite their company website stating that standard delivery is 3-5 business days, after two months I still have not received my order. I sent numerous emails to them, and sent a message through their chat function, but there has been no reply whatsoever. Do not buy from this company!

Never delivered my order. They don´t answer any messages. Ordered beginning of April, but still haven´t heard anything from them.
Have to claim my creditcard payment back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Bought a canvas for these it's a treble company they don't answer u email or there chat online want a refund just wondering if anybody has had any joy with this

Ordered a print on 8th May, no tracking updates received. Tried to contact the company several times via online chat and emails - no response. Item still not received. No social media available to warn others not to order from this disgraceful trader. Please DO NOT order from this company. Wish I’d seen the previous reviews on this site before I wasted my money. Next step is to contact Trading Standards.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a canvas on 5th May and paid extra for 2 day delivery. I havent recieved it and have sent several emails without any response. Ive used the robo thing that says chat to us haha. No luck there either. Next step Trading Standards.

After writing 2 comments on here and following guidance from Trading Standards, we sent a letter recorded to them. After months of no responses we claimed back from the bank. Please do not use this company

Bought a canvas for over £100 on the 19th April. Still no updates and are not replying to my emails and messages. Do not use this company

Dreadful customer service. I ordered my canvas on 25th February. I am getting nowhere with this company. If you use chat you get a message saying they are not available at the moment and emails are just being ignored. At one point they told me my order had been fulfilled even though their tracking device 'Shop' showed it as not delivered. I now date every message I send on chat. Next stop Trading Standards.

Disgusting company, DO NOT BUY from them as they do not send canvas nor can you speak to anyone and will not respond to your emails.

Stay away from them.....

I ordered the same item twice by accident, they sent me one of the items and have not refunded the other item and I have been unable to make contact with them since. I would not trust them with my money again DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Very poor service I ordered a canvas on 11/4/21, I have requested updates when I will receive my order but I have received no correspondencere. I am now asking for a full refund. There are two email addresses no phone number available only an online question facility which no one replies to my requests. Poor service don't waste your time with this company.

Ordered a picture on the 27th of March and still not been delivered and not answering online chat. Cost £47.99
They offered refund eventually but
19th May after two more requests no refund on the horizon . QED

I made an order on April 20th, and just received my canvas today, April 29th. One day after the purchase I checked the comments here on trustpilot and tbh I panicked considering all the bad reviews. After a week passed, tried to contact them (email and chat), and as many of the previous comments on here, didn't receive any reply at all.
The canvas itself is beautiful and I love it. However, they definitely need to work on their customer service and update the delivery times on their website.

I have received my Canvas and it looks great.
When I made contact with the company, they were only too happy to help.

My wife ordered on the Monday and it arrived by Royal Mail on the Thursday.
I received an email from epic canvas asking if we had received the canvas ok and if we where happy with it.
The canvas is good quality and looks great in our hallway.
We had no issues at all and would use again and recommend

Writing yet another review as the seller has finally refunded my money.
Please be warned this company are terrible with any kind of customer communication.
For those wanting their money back, please use the chat option on the website for more chance of them getting back to you.

Their website glitched and the product I ordered was different to the one I chose online. So I ordered another one and the exact same thing happened which confirmed the website glitch. Seller said they would ship the correct one to me but I never received it. Returned the other and was never refunded. They have completely ignored many emails I have sent. I have since gone to my bank and requested a chargeback.
Do not buy from this incompetent company. Their canvas weren't even that good quality either.

I am still awaiting an update on the status on the canvas I ordered on the 19th March. I have emailed with no response. Very disappointing so far.

Edit:

Post sending a few email chasers I received acknowledgment of the order and it was subsequently delivered within 2 working days. The product is off very good quality, shame about the turn around time post the order.
