Avoid this company. I ordered a canvas over 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I have emailed several times and no reply. There is no phone number to call! Do not order from them.

As many disappointed people have already stated, after over a month I haven't got my paid order (a Chelsey canvas -which was supposed to be a birthday present for my son) or any news about it!
Noone ever gave a damn to respond to my many emails and the silly automated "chat" always says either "it's not available" or "the order is awaiting fulfilment".
I guess the next step is to claim back my money from the bank and search for a decent store to get the job done!

My wife paid for the item over 4 weeks ago and never received it. She tried emailing, contacting via the website but no response whatsoever. It's now with the bank to resolve as we cannot contact them or they just don't respond but take your money

I ordered 2 canvas pictures on the 08/08/21 for £80 in total. 2 weeks has now passed and no sign of any delivery. I have sent 2 emails asking for an update on my order with no response. Customer service is non existence with this company and is a disgrace in this day and age. How can a business run with no telephone number in 2021. Luckily I purchased using my credit card and will be contacting the company to claim the money back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

my beautiful canvas was delivered very quickly. It was very well packaged. It is very well made, and looks fantastic on my bedroom wall.

Overall happy with my 2 canvas prints. I ordered a panoramic and a small 12x16 for the bathroom. The canvases are nicely made and look like good quality materials.
The artwork itself is beautiful and the colours are vibrant.
I've recommended to my friends.

Many enquiries by email and their chat online with no response regarding my order. Today received the canvas which was poorly packed with sheet of bubble wrap and polythene wrapping. opened only to discover many scratches and marking on the canvas. Very dissatisfied with the produce and the non existent customer services. Contacted for a refund and if no response will be requesting a charge back from my Credit Card company. Would never purchase from this company again.

Terrible company. Returned my canvas 1 day after I received it at a cost of £12 (cheapest possible). Tried to contact this company by email, chat and business text many times. No reply and no refund after 2 months.

Made an order and paid for it on Sunday, since then I’ve been contacting them to find out where my order is and if there is any update, but not getting any answer I tried phone which is not available, emails they are not responding and messages which no one is bother to answer me back.
I don’t think this company even exists and it looking like I’ve been scammed! Pls be aware

Quality product, good detail on New York print, delivered in reasonable time considering it was free delivery (5 working days). Would use again.

price and quality where spot on. the frame was thicker than I expected which is good. no hanging kit though, but happy all the same.

Ordered the Tesla Cybertruck canvas on 5th May. They have not despatched it or replied to my three emails. Chat doesn't work and directs you back to your order.

We are now having to try for a refund through the credit card company.

Do not buy through this company. Customer Service is non existent

Ordered and delivered in 8 days, no issues at all. Had one question about delivery and it was quickly answered. I ordered the London skyline ‘arty’ landscape print. It looks really good. Quality fabric and well made. Packaging was excellent, no issues at all.
