AWFUL... Ordered 2 canvases on 14 February, 2022 (10 days ago) and got an automated order acceptance at the time, but nothing else since. Been looking for dispatch/delivery details and have emailed, sent message via messenger, web chat and they have all been ignored. Now going to cancel order and demand a refund.

AVOID ,Have ordered a canvas not heard anything since they answered a text once and said it would be delivered on the Wednesday. Waited all day and it didn’t arrive and now they are ignoring my messages and texts. So paid £120.00 and have nothing.

Didn't send out goods and completely ignored all emails. Ordered canvas on the website, received the automated acknowledgement. Didn't hear anything more after a week or so, so asked about a dispatch date. This was ignored as we're a few subsequent emails. Eventually claimed back via card after hearing nothing at all from them.

Worst customer service on the planet. My purchase has gone missing and they refuse to acknowledge this and follow it up. I have never received a single delivery note to even confirm an attempted delivery, yet the order was fulfilled 3 weeks ago.

I was nervous after ordering from Epic Canvas and seeing these reviews so I sent them a message on their live chat just to see if I'd get a reply and I did! The representative was very friendly and put my mind at rest. They sent my canvas straight out monday morning! It arrived 2 days later :) thank you Epic Canvas, I love it so much !!!

Terrible company, Avoid!!!!
I bought a canvas from them and it came, turns out it was the wrong one. I tried to contact them about a return and they are just ignoring my emails. Can’t get my money back and I’m stuck with canvas I don’t want. Will never use again!

Update: My order arrived about 5 days after making this review. All in all good quality canvas and happy with the result but disappointing it took this long with no comms. Recommend people review here if it doesn't arrive as emails and chatbot were useless.

Made an order on 10th December and still not arrived. I assumed recent negative reviews were just due to Xmas but the most recent 5 star reviews are all on 22nd August or 21st July on those two days by people who have only written one review. Seems to me like they have created accounts or paid people just to leave batches of 5 star reviews. No communication whatsoever, having to get money back via credit card company

Ordered on the 20th December, no item arrived and no comms at all. They ignore emails and messages. Had to claim money back via AMEX. Avoid.

I placed a order 21 nov 21 and still have not received it

Ordered a canvas on the 24th, still waiting for it to be delivered, I’ve tried to contact but they not responding to emails or the live chat.

Ordered a canvas 5th December. Not received. No response to chaser emails.

Still I’m waiting for my canvas no update about my canvas plz sendmy canvas I have odered 2 canvas still not received send my oder plz

What a shame!

Having placed an order on 2nd December which based on their own T and C’s should have been delivered by Dec 14th. I am STILL waiting.

I did have contact from the Company on the 16th to say it would be delivered on 17th or 20th but still nothing despite me explaining that it was required by 22nd as otherwise it was a redundant Christmas gift as no one available to accept the delivery.

If their website had clearly explained that they were not able to deliver the canvas before Christmas I wouldn’t have ordered it. I have contacted them yesterday and asked for a tracking number but no response.

As a customer they have not been open and honest and felt that I have been mislead.They have not been able to fulfil our contract that they set out and as a result have left me no choice but to complain formally.

Unfortunately I didn't read all of these comments before I placed my order. Ordered and paid on 25 Nov. Have had no update from the company despite several emails and messages left on the useless live chat. They have taken my money and gave failed to provide anything.

Placed an order which was confirmed on 22nd November as a Christmas present, no further contract from the company despite sever chasers. Their order tracker just says it hasn't been fulfilled yet.

*update* after much perseverance and hounding them, my item arrived yesterday and it’s stunning, great quality and high resolution… Stick with these guys, it’s worth it but keep on at them :-)

Okay so I hope I’m really proved wrong but ordered a Christmas present on 26th November, heard nothing. Started sending them emails, messages, anything I could to make contact and nothing… finally got a message back on Tuesday 7th December apologising and that the order was with parcel force. Asked for a tracking number and not heard anything since, still no canvas and I’m taking it up with trading standards and the bank for a refund

I ordered two large panoramic views, but before they arrived, I happened to read the reviews here, and I must say, I was really worried, especially when I couldn't seem to communicate with the company, as people were warning. But to my surprise, the two items arrived in good time and in good shape - in fact, I'm very pleased with them. Thank you, Epic Canvas, my faith is restored.

I ordered a canvas 4 weeks ago now and it hasn’t arrived, emailed them twice and no response, messaged them via instagram no response, no phone no, avoid buying from this company
