AVOID!

Ordered 3 canvas prints on 26th July. Still haven’t received them! Tried emailing and online chat several times and still no response. Clearly just taking your money and not producing the goods. I will now have to make a claim on my credit card so that I can hopefully get back my £159!

Ordered a print 10days ago in good faith but nothing. No replies to emails or messages sent. Seems like a scam. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!
**Update (26/09/22), absolutely pathetic. An email to say looking into it and then nothing for days. I have cancelled my order. Disgraceful. This company also trades via Etsy, avoid there also!!

I order a canvas 20 days ago and have still not received the items. Unable to contact anyone to find out where the item is. Really poor service

So far I'm not pleased the latest my canvas was meant to arrive was August 5th and I still do not have it. I have sent emails and tried the chat and still have not got any reply. Looks like the company reply here to people so maybe I will be able to find out where my canvas is as it was a birthday present and now it's late. I have no problem changing my review if someone actually contacts me. All I know is I've paid 90 euro for something I can't trace

I dont normally leave or read reviews as I feel they can often be very one sided especially when it comes to negative ones so i felt i should share my experience. From start to finish i had no problems at all, ordering was easy and I thought I would reach out to them just to see if I would get a response back after reading that others had no reply. They did indeed get back to me within the hour and they couldn't have been more helpful. Canvas arrived a day or 2 later by courier and was in perfect condition. The image was clear and bright and the frame is proper wood so very sturdy. Well worth the money in my opinion. Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY!

Stunning canvas! Purchased a London skyline canvas for our front room and cant begin to tell you how amazing it is. We just love it. It was very well made and packed securely, from order to delivery it was only a few days. Very competitively priced compared to some others. Highly recommend this business

Very happy with the service I got from Epic Canvas and the print was of excellent quality. Website was very easy to navigate and I found exactly what I was looking for. Overall a really smooth transaction and I would buy from them again

I ordered a print for my granddaughter's birthday and she absolutely loved it. I did message Epic Canvas to explain it was for a gift so therefor time sensitive and they assured me they would get it out on time (They didn't let me down) They also took the time to check that we had received it and if we were happy with it. I was asked by them to leave a review and I was happy to do so. Thanks for the great service

More than happy with my canvas, it arrived in perfect condition. Unsure about the negative reviews as I had no problems at all. Happy to recommend

Highly recommend the F1 canvases, I bought 2 and they are both great. Ive seen another couple I want but will need to wait until next payday for them. Cant wait to buy more.

Ordered a Santorini canvas as that is where my husband and I spent our honeymoon, it brought back so many happy memories and the picture is just stunning. So bright and clear and the colours are just outstanding. Frame is very well made and it is expertly stretched. It was worth every penny and my husband also loves it, it has pride of place in my lounge

Got my canvas yesterday and it the dogs b****cks love it! wishing i had got myself a bigger one but maybe next time didnt need to speak to anyone so no probs with communication thanks epic

Recieved my order in good time and it was exactly as described, really well made and hangs perfectly. Not much else I can say. Would buy from again

Awful experience do not use, ordered a canvas print in April still nothing delivered and no response from Epic canvas. It’s a scam clearly they have no intention of providing the print I ordered or giving my money back. Avoid at all costs...shocking company.

Amazing customer service, I had a few queries about my order which was quickly addressed.
Great quality printed canvas, was bought as a gift for my boyfriend who is mad about F1 and was extremely happy with it!

obmissmal. over 2 weeks after order nothing shipped, chased several times, impossible to get a response to email or webchat, no phone number. DONT USE THEM - GO ELSEWHERE.

Order number 3144, it has been almost 6 months. I haven't received my order or the refund. No one from their team has responded to any of my queries and there is not contact number. If you are still reading these reviews, please give me my money back.

Update eventually refund has been processed only under threat of report for fraud. Your company is fully aware I have sent approximately 5 emails & at least 5 chat messages every day for the last week with no reply looking at other reviews I am not the only customer to experience this appalling customer service. I stand by my advice to steer well clear of this atrocious company
Under no circumstances place an order with this company you will not receive your item they are total frauds. They will not respond to any communications they will send false dispatch messages. I have demanded a refund several times & my bank have launched a fraud investigation & still no response, no item & no refund. The positive reviews on here are obviously fake save yoursel the trouble & steer well clear
