I ordered a Canvas print for my living room on 17th April. I have still not received it, although twice I've been informed it's on it's way to me with the courier. There is no phone number to ring so I can only email. I have asked for the £89.99 to be refunded to me, but nobody has responded to me. I have put one star so I could write review, I prefer not to put any stars. I have been treated terrible and now want my money back.

Had a great experience ordering from Epic Canvas. I probably annoyed them a bit by asking so many questions but they assured me it was fine. The canvas I finally settled on was gorgeous and I couldn't be happier with it. I have read some of the other reviews saying they couldn't get any response from messages but I had no such issues.

Not the cheapest seller but worth the money I paid. Canvas is true to size and well made. I would have preferred a hanging kit to be supplied but not a major issue. Sits well on the wall and colours are good. You get what you pay for it seems. Would buy from again

Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen canvas is out of this world!! I ordered a panoramic 24inch x 46inch canvas and it was delivered by Parcel Force. Well packed and made so absolutely no complaints from me. Tracking was provided after purchase. More than happy to recommend

I purchased a New York canvas for my daughter as a housewarming gift. It is gorgeous and of very good quality. I did contact Epic Canvas to ask if they could change the delivery address after I purchased it as I wanted it delivering directly to my daughter. They confirmed that they would do this and shipped it out the next day. My daughter also loves it as the image is so clear she can see the building her now husband proposed to her in. Thank you very much we all love it.

Canvas received in good condition and was as described. I didn't need to contact them so can't comment on customer service.

Zero communication when leaving messages through the chat on their website or emails.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I needed my canvas as a last minute gift, I contacted Epic Canvas and asked how quickly they could get it done and sent to me. They promised they would make it that day and ship it out on next day delivery. They did not disappoint, it was delivered by courier as arranged. The canvas itself was stunning, very well made and the colours were vibrant. The recipient of it was also over the moon with it.

My spices on spoons canvas is actually really nice and looks good in my kitchen. I am only giving 4 stars as it did take a little while to be delivered. This was actually the fault of the courier though as I was given tracking details when it was dispatched. I did email asking where my order was and did get a reply asking me to wait a few more days to see if it would get delivered. Thankfully it did arrive and was in good condition. I would consider buying from them again

I have bought from other canvas sellers in the past and can honestly say Epic has been the best so far. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Ordered a couple of boxing canvases and was happy with them both they came in the same parcel and were wrapped up well Less than a week from order to delivery so can complain All good thanks
