No issues and happy with the canvas I received

I made a purchase last week from Epic Canvas and they actually emailed after delivery to make sure I was happy with everything. I was asked to leave a review on my experience which I was happy to do. Ordering was simple and my parcel was delivered within a few days. I was perfectly happy with my canvas so have no complaints. I am happy to recommend Epic Canvas

I ordered before reading the reviews and was a bit concerned, however Im glad I didn't read them as it would have put me off buying. My canvas was truly stunning and arrived in perfect condition. I had no need to contact them as everything went well for me so maybe I got lucky. I can only review from my experience so there Im happy to give 5 stars.

21.04.2022 update from previous review. Resebt email and used the contact us page and still No response or No acknowledgement!!! ***do NOT USE*** never know anything like this usually you'd email once get a response and a solution. Never have I experienced this and wish I'd of read more reviews as I agree the good ones must be thier own reviews but my gosh theres a lot of bad ones.

Extremely disappointed, firstly the item has an oily mark on the top right and theb the material isn't tight enough round the canvass, what's upset me most is the lack of customer service and willingness to fix this issue. I've sent Six emails and still Not had a response.. Bo phone number to call anyone, no one to acknowledge an email. No one willing to call and apologies and see how we can make this right. I sent an email via the website enquiry page and someone responded to say that aren't after sales but will pass on and thrn the next 3 emails no response. These are 3 to 5 days apart. I will continue to email and continue to log via their website until someone responses but it's put me off using them again and it's a shame as there's several canvasses we wanted but we thought let's order one and see the qualitybut evn if they offered a replacement this is 4 weeks this week we've been trying to make contact and no response never would I use them and strongly advise no one else does either!!!

If only we could award zero or negative star ratings. This outfit deserves no more than zero. Stay away from them. All their 4 and 5 star reviews must be phoney. They are useless. 6weeks now and not received my canvas, don't think I ever will.

If I could give 0 as a score I would. My husband ordered a canvas and has not received any follow-up emails or the canvas since the money was taken. He has emailed and tried to use the chat with us facilities with no success. Be wary if this site.

Poor service, does not respond to any communication, no phone number. Ordered three prints, one arrived damaged - no corner protection, large print ordered not flat when hung.

I purchased a Lewis Hamilton Canvas and it is awesome. My only regret is that I didn't opt for a bigger size, had I known how good it would look I would have. Can't fault these guys in the slightest as I had no problems with my order or delivery. More than happy to recommend them

Sadly my order arrived damaged by the couriers so I can only give 4 stars. I was offered a replacement which I accepted and it was fine when it arrived. I would have happily given 5 stars had it not been for the initial damage.

I am over the moon with my canvas print. I cant find fault with anything. Loads of choice but I had a rough idea of what I wanted. I already have my eye on another couple. Thanks Epic Canvas

Quality product and didn't experience any problems.. I can't comment on customer service as didn't attempt to contact them.. Overall happy with everything..

More than happy with the 2 canvases I got, price was reasonable compared to others and shipping was free. Well made and packaged securely. Would recommend

I had an excellent experience with Epic Canvas and can't complain about anything. My canvas is well made and looks great. Item was tracked and arrived within a few days. 100% happy with everything and would buy from again

I decided to order a canvas as a birthday present for my partner but being a man I left it until the last minute to order. I asked Epic Canvas if they would be able to help me out with a quick turnaround. They replied back almost immediately and said they could make it and ship it the same day for me! To be honest I wasn't holding my breath. To my surprise I got an update later in the day to say it had been shipped and I received it the next day! The canvas was excellent and I can't fault it in any way. Thank you Epic Canvas you really saved the day.

I bought a couple of zen/spa canvases for my beauty room. WOW!! they are absolutely amazing. A few of my clients have already commented on how pretty they are. They have finished off the room perfectly.
I would 100% recommend purchasing from these guys as they couldn't have been more helpful when I asked a few questions. I am already looking at buying a few more for my house

I can honestly say the canvas I ordered exceeded my expectations! It was excellent quality and more than worth the price I paid. Delivery was quick and problem free. I had no need to converse with them over anything so can't comment on that. I would be happy to make another purchase at a later date
