Great tool and great service.
We had a need for this service during a client engagement, during the engagement we couldn't fault the platform. I had forgotten to cancel my auto subscription and when I reached out to the service team they were prompt and understanding which helps build trust and loyalty. I'll def be back if I need another royalty music service again.

I signed up for the 30 day free trial and really enjoyed the high quality and actually useful sound effects they had. Overall it was a good experience, however, after I didn’t cancel it in time, they charged me for the full year subscription instead of the monthly. But after reaching out they were quick to respond and gave a full refund. So overall pretty good customer service.
