I have acquired a security camera system with the house from the previous house owner. I couldn't access and run the system so I contacted Epine where this system has been purchased. They guided me to successfully restart the device.
We zijn zeer tevreden over de Reolink RLC-520A 5MP camera.
Deze buiten IP camera geeft een goed beeld overdag.
Ook 's nachts met minimale verlichting is het beeld goed
Very easy and friendly service, I've ordered from Epine multiple times already, quick reaction and fast delivery. Apart of that very good value for money with Reolink gear. Highly recommended.
I have two of them in standalone use with microsd (can be used also with a Reolink 4K NVR) and the image quality is very good at day time and good with IR on at night.
Very easy to access to the settings and live view, i can use a web browser or the Windows/Osx software or the smartphone App.
The IA detection of cars and humans work fine (daytime) with the raine or the snow and IR on, you must decrease the sensibility at 5 for less wrong push notifications.
I also test the cam with other softwares with no issues (ONVIF) the smartphone app is one of the best i have use : stable, easy and clean interface.
I'm thinking to buy more of them meabe with a 4K Reolink NVR.
I ordered and paid a camera on November 28th, 2020.
On November 30th, 2020, I received an email letting me know that the camera was not in stock but "put on the backorder list".
On December 8th, 2020, they let me know that "the camera turned out to be EOL".
They suggested me other cameras but none suited my needs so I requested a refund. I received my money back on December 24th.
I would have prefered they don't let people buy products that are not in stock because I wasted a lot of time with that order...
