Beware this company is the worse one I've ever used !
I ordered 2 batteries for a Worx tool. delivery firm never
delivered, Evri is the name of the delivery firm. Sent endless emails to E plus Batteries, never got any replies back, Got my money refunded, through PayPal
who were brilliant !. Next time I will read reviews which I didn't do. Do not buy from this company. Be warned.!

Purchased one replacement battery for Dyson vacuum cleaner. When it was working it had limited capacity and then it failed completely after two weeks. The company refuses to reply to emails and there's no phone number.

Rubbish company. I bought 2 18v batteries for my Makita tools and they didn't last a year before they wouldn't accept any charge. I've sent several emails to the company with no reply. This company should be banned. You only need to read on to see that!

Dont waste your money, they sell you inferior products and no come back, they do reply to emails, or live chat , you might as well throw your money in the bin.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Can only try to contact them via an e mail address. The telephone number for them is a Chinese number! Sent them 4 e mails over a number of days with absolutely no response! I ordered the wrong product, e mailed them straight away to cancel, no response. Then get an e mail saying despatched. E mailed again, no response! Goods delivered and left in my porch. E mailed again requesting return authorisation, no response! Have given the batteries to a friend as I can’t use them. Also note that their 5amp battery is half the weight of a branded dewalt 5amp battery.My friend is using them, they do work but for how long???

Bought 5x 5AH batteries and 2x 3AH batteries for my Makita tools. They worked for all of 5 minutes, 3AHs didn’t even work at all. Absolute garbage. I will only buy genuine Makita batteries from now on as you just end up paying more in the long run with this trash.

I asked for a refund and was just ignored, don’t trust this Chinese crap

i bought a pack of 4 battery's, my mistake thought they was Makita battery's.
Delivery was on time that's a plus, then it went wrong,
one battery was charged twice after using in a small drill, it the was showing faulty in the charger.
The other 3 battery's are still sort of working to a fashion as they only last about 4 to 5 min each before requiring a charge (flat) only used in a Makita air blower. (I have put in an o3.0ah battery in and its still going after being used twice a day 5 days so far).
i have sent in 3 emails and no response the best thing i can do is bin theses battery's and buy proper battery's that last and work.
this company and its products in one word are s... i would not recommend them to any one

Bought 2× Makita 9Ah batteries.
Received an email. Package is on it's way.
Received tracking number. When tried to track package I was sent to an Italian postal service.....in Italian.
Tried DPD and no trace of tracking number .
Emailed Eplusbatteries.com. on several occasions.
Sent a message via link on their webpage.
Absolutely no response whatsoever from Eplusbatteries.com.
Still waiting on package
Their service in one word is disgusting
I wont be purchasing anything from this outfit again.
Future customers be aware.........dont waste your time or money with these shower of chancers

Getting the same service and response as everyone leaking comments, poor quality, no communication what so ever . I ve returned products but no refund . Dose anyone know where they are based please let me know ,marty097579@yahoo Co UK. Thanks

The cheap batteries are exactly that , in fact , they are being sold in my view , under false pretences and in my view should not be considered , my honest opinion is that “THEY ARE A CROCK OF CRAP “

Cheap battery pack, failed after first charge, no refunds, no response to emails. If your need a battery I would uses this company again you'll just be wasting you r time and money.

Please avoid do not waste good money on batteries that do not work & company who don’t respond to emails or replace faulty goods. Will be trying to get money back on credit card.

Four batteries all now won’t charge. Less than a year old, light usage. Tried to contact eplusbatteries. No response. No phone number. Notice other negative comments/reviews. Avoid.

Bought two extra batteries for my greenworks hedge trimmer and chain saw, charged ONCE then both would not charge? Red light blinking on and off in the charger module, contacted eplus batteries who said “ please send a video so we may analyse” the fault, i sent a video as requested, they wrote back “would you like replacement batteries” i answered YES - I have heard nothing from them now for over a month, even after emailing them over 20 times! This company wants closing down! So i have over £110 gone! And no working batteries. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY COMPLETELY! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WITH NO BATTERY, and YOUR MONEY WASTED!
Since writing this review PAYPAL have refunded me under “buyers protection”.
It now seems no one can get hold of eplusbatteries.com because they seem to have
disappeared off the net? No website or anything, just a static page stating “sorry we are having postage problems” BE WARNED, BE VERY WARNED!

Spent £100 on four batteries.First failed at 6 weeks then they all packed up.No reply to emails.Waste of money.

Whatever you do ,do not buy from eplus , I bought 2 makita replacement batteries , very lightweight ,doesn't charge fully , lasts 2 mins then dead . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bought 2 Makita 9Ah 18v batteries that worked with the original charge in them, but the batteries don't fit in the Makita charger. Got no reply when requested help with the problem.

The 4 Makita compatable batteries I bought had many faults including, fickle charging, very short life and one simply refused to accept a charge at all. All showed some fault within the first month. Now we're 8 months in, no sign of redress at all, I'll never use them again.
They have simply ignored emails asking for a solution, basically £70 down the drain!

Rubbish battery that only charged about half a dozen times then failed. Tried contacting Eplus batteries several times and they don't even bother to reply. Save your money and buy the real thing as Eplus batteries are crap...

In short DO NOT BUY ANY BATTERIES FROM THIS COMPANY!

I so wished i had taken the time to do some research about cheap "copy batteries" sadly like so many people i believed the blurb on their website and was wooed by the great price of £109 for 4 equivalent Makita 5Amh batteries. Do not waste your money. The reason they are cheap is that they do not offer anywhere near the same power / usage duration. I've had mine since June and frankly they are total rubbish.
