I ordered 2 x replacement batteries for De Walt drill. The batteries eventually arrived and did not fit. Contacting a company representative was challenging and they required a video. 2 points... See more

Purchased 4 x 5 AH Makita batteries, arrived today, 3 are fully charged, one does not work and will not charge. They don't last very long. Trying to get a replacement but customer service is not great
I can see why they are cheap, I wouldn't use them again.
Three Bosch Professional batteries…
Three Bosch Professional batteries failed in a row, they replaced the first two, now completely ignoring messages and emails. Avoid like the plague. Buy original.
Bought two Compatible Mikita batteries…
Bought two Compatible Mikita batteries that will not charge and totally useless. My original Mikita batteries still charge fine on their original charger whereas the Eplusbatteries are absolute junk and won’t.
These guys are obviously paying to get their adds as high as possible.
Hopefully a little transparency on their repeated failure will persuade new unsuspecting customers to not make the same mistake many have already made.
Bought pack of 4 Makita 18 volt 5ah…
Bought pack of 4 Makita 18 volt 5ah batteries, 2 would not charge and the other 2 seemed to have a drain and ran out after a while in the tool even when not used. Company keep asking for videos, did this but still they wont refund or replace. Now I don't want there crap batteries. I have now got the credit card company onto them so hopefully will get my £109.99 back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE MESSERS.
Bought two 6 amp batteries for Makita…
Bought two 6 amp batteries for Makita radio, didn’t even last a day don’t waste your money
Eplusbatteries Shockingly poor
As per other reviews, BE WARNED, I purchased the 9.0ah makita replacements from Eplus to use in my 36v twin strimmer and chainsaw. One battery wouldnt even fit into a makita charger and the replacements sent wouldnt charge anymore after the 2nd charge. DO not buy these batteries they are total poop, Their return policy is also extremely poor, although i did get a credit back eventually after having to send them videos of the issue, they did not credit back postage or my costs to get batteries back to them, Shocking company avoid at all cost!!!
Do not buy these batteries
Do not buy these batteries , my onesfor Makita 6.0 are busted after two charges and can not get a hold of them
Bought 3 batteries
Bought 3 batteries. One wouldn't even charge... the other 2 die within 5 minutes... bearing in mind these are 9 ah batteries... what a joke.. nil hope of any refund I'm sure...
Avoid like the plague useles batteries…
Avoid like the plague useles batteries didn’t last a day bought 3 fake makitas all failed , useless customer service make it impossible to return them and getting a refund is impossible they shouldn’t be allowed to trade hopefully this will stop people buying and having the same nightmare as me
Be warned. Wish I'd read this particular review…
Wish I'd read this particular review before purchasing an eplus battery for my Makita tools. I read a different review which seemed favourable towards eplus batteries. I used the fully charged 5ah eplus battery in my leaf blower and I would estimate it's around half the power output of a genuine Makita 5ah battery. I'm now wishing I'd paid the extra £20 or £30 for the genuine battery.
Don't waste your time and money
Don't waste your time and money, I bought two of these batteries and they both died within 6 months, I wrote to eplus to tell them and never got a response.
I purchased replacement battery for a Dyson V6 cleaners.
I purchased replacement battery for my V6 Dyson cleaner. The battery would only work for one to two seconds max. I offered to send the battery back and they offered a replacement, great. The same thing applied, the battery didn’t work. I then offered to send both batteries back and was offered a £20 refund for a £40 purchase. After lots of to-ing and fro-ing I had to seek help through PayPal who managed to get me a full refund. Would not recommend buying from this company.
Do not buy these batteries
I bought four supposedly 6Ah Makita compatible batteries. 1 won't charge at all and 3 have incredibly short work times between charges. I estimate they have less than 1Ah of capacity based on comparisons with other genuine Makita batteries.
Dreadful company .
This is a dreadful company that should be avoided at all times . I bought two 18v batteries for my Makita tools , and after just two months one completely cut out and would not charge . Eplus Batteries demanded videos as proof of the faulty battery . Once I managed to supply that they finally agreed to send a new one ... it took them two and a half weeks to send the replacement !!. All communication to me was written in poor english and reflected their poor customer service . AVOID THIS COMPANY .... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .
Tried to order something this morning
Tried to order something this morning. Smelt a rat when it wouldn't take payment despite putting the details in several times.
THEN checked the reviews.
Considered we had a lucky escape.
Moral of the story, if it's that cheap it is cheap for a reason and not normally a good one.
Bought two 18v 9.0ah batteries for my…
Bought two 18v 9.0ah batteries for my Makita tools, the batteries worked well for just over a month, then wouldn't take any charge, these are poor quality.
Bought 4 batteries for makita
Bought 4 batteries for makita, 3 of which are dead and wont charge, and one battery lasts for two minutes before its flat, absolute waste of time and money, id give no stars if possible seeing as they make it as hard as possible for you to return this faulty junk.
If you had asked me a year ago this…
If you had asked me a year ago this review would have been positive as have bought Vannon 'Makita' 18V batteries from them before and whilst they were never quite as good as the genuine product, for the price they were still value for money and worth it.
Then recently I bought two '6ah' batteries which was a big mistake as not only do they weigh less than the 4ah Vannon previously bought, but in comparison to two genuine Makita 6ah batteries just nowhere in comparison. Suspect that they were just re-labelled 3ah (or worse).
When buying 'copy' batteries you do so knowing what you get is not directly equivalent, but the 'cost2benefit' analysis still works out, NOT in this instance. So I will not be buying from them again.
Did try to contact them via email but no response.
